Are we allowed to use moving Icons?

I realized that Game results had a pikachu doing dance dance revolution XD. Are we allowed to use those type of icons?

Why not? I see no problem with that. Actualy, I was thinking of making a collage of icons it being animated for my icon ^O^


PS edit: But nothing really/Too flashy or fast moving animations. We don't want to be responsible for health issues containing seizures...

XD I had this one avatar once, and it was animated, and it was like "This is my avatar. Well? What are you still watching for? Nothing's going to happen! ... You're still watching, aren't you? Fine." Then it flashed a picture of a goat really quick, with the word GOAT! on the bottom, and said "happy?"


Ahhh...that was one of my favorite avatars...I'll have to see if I can find it again...XD


But I don't see why you couldn't have an animated one. Just nothing too flashy or really, really fast, like Aiyo said. ^^
