What a hot day!

Red took a happy sniff of the salty sea-air as she stood at the waves; the sand under her feet hot and steamy. She walked closer to the tide until lukewarm water lapped up to her knees, and then to her waist.

The hot day was an excuse to get out a bikini and simply let life go around her and enjoy the wonders of Sunshine Island, which she decided in the end, she'd end up making her knew home.
Inhaling deeply, she dunked herself underwater until her whole body was submerged, then leapt up to surface and brush the salted water out of her eyes.

Red loved the beach, especially Sunshine Island's beach. Nothing seemed to go wrong there, very different to Forget-Me-Not-Valley's beach.

Carly traveled to Sunshine Island for a vacation. The sack slung over her shoulder held her dog, who was now asleep. The waves were much calmer here. Nobody was at the beach except for one figure in the water. Carly squinted because of the bright sun, then noticed who it was. "Red!" she said running towards her. "It's so good to see you again!"

"Red!"

Red turned away from the miles of sea in front of her; seeing Carly running towards her.
"Carly! I haven't seen you in ages!" She cheered, wading as fast as she could through the water. She hadn't seen Carly for a long while, maybe even last year. Red had almost forgotten what she looked like, it was so long.

As she reached the shallow waters, Red ran over to Carly; trying not to hug her -so not to drench the poor girl-.

Carly was already wearing her swimsuit under her clothes, so she took off her shirt and shorts and hugged Red. "I haven't seen you in, like, ...forever!"

All of the talking had woken up Tagan. She jumped out of the bag, put her front paws up on Red and wagged her fluffy tail like crazy, then ran off to go chase a seagull.

Carly giggled, happy that she was finally at the beach.

"What have you been doing for the last forever since we've seen each other?" Carly asked. "I heard you opened a place called the Honey Comb Patisserie. Congrats!"
