While Alex was looking for Klaus, he suddenly ran into Kamal. "Hey Kamal."

Alex saw he was in a hurry and ran up to him to keep up, suddenly he noticed the girl next to him.

"huh? oh, I'm sorry, who's this." Alex asked.

Nora Thorne

"You sound like my grandpa when you say 'sprout'" I commented with a smirk. I did have a tendency to call him 'old' but I did want to go back to my room to relax and maybe listen to my iPod and read a book till dinner.

I was tired yet hungry. Derek asked me how I got this picture. It was mysterious how I got it. Maybe it fell in by accident. "I honestly don't know. Maybe it just fell in my bag?" I said, figuring that was the answer. Maybe while I was planning to run away to this school it just fell in. Odd but something to look into. My parents probably knew where I was now.

Maybe my parents won't look for another husband since I wasn't complaning. Should I complain? I mean, he wasn't treating me like how the other guys did. They just judged me on their looks and off they went. Some part of me didn't want to call them and complain.

I didn't notice how I drifted off into space and I had a saddened look on my face. Total mood change, right?

James Milrite

Cecile was just always so caring and I guess that made me smile. "Yea, I hope so too," I replied a few moments later. Was I that quiet? I was just thinking about something but I guess it was so quiet here it just made me silent.

My stomach suddenly grumbeled. I haven't eaten since lunch nor did I have breakfast either. "Hey...do you know when dinner is?" I asked her. I think she has been to this school for some time. She must have known the time schedule.

Derek Nevine

I sighed, there was no point with this stuff.

"C'mon, Sprout." I said, pushing her out the door. I needed to speak with her where no one would interrupt us for being too loud.

Another sigh. "You're really her... Aren't you?" I thought back to those days. How were we separated? I forgot(We have to figure that out, as well as if she slapped him when she was young XD). I was in shock, really. I wasn't in disbelief anymore, just... Stunned.

My heart was pounding. I really liked that little girl, she was my only friend during that stage of my life. This couldn't have been a coincidence, huh?

He was a bit silent. It made me worry.

But when his stomach growled, I was more worried. He probably didn't get lunch, and I knew he didn't get breakfast, I was with him... And caused a burden, too... He might have been out earlier or something but...

"Um..." I looked at my watch. Derek said something about this.

"Remember, breakfast is served from seven until class starts, lunch is during twelve to one, and dinner is served between five to eight because of after school activities. It's the students choice whether they eat or not and each student has a lunch card."

"Between five and eight..." I mumbled. It was fairly time. "So in a little bit."

I was actually a bit hungry too, now that I was thinking about it. It was weird. I hadn't even thought about eating all day. Not even drinking. And speaking of that, my throat was dry.

I looked at my watch again, thinking about curfew. Was there one?

He led me into the hallways and I guess I was silent for awhile. My childhood friend was him. Out of all people. Of course I was only three or four back then and I guess I was the best thief ever in my grade. Haha good times.

"Yea..." I was acting really out of character for some reason. My mind was still a bit foggy from the past. I mean I was only three or four! How can you remember everything?

my family was always rich from the beginning. I was spoiled a lot. Sure I was a total brat when I was little and Im sure some people hated me. Its only natural. The weird thing is I didn't know how I became friends with Derek. Just sort of happened.

"Ha I was a brat back then. -sigh- Back when stupid was a bad word and stealing someone's crayons was called drama," I said with a nervous smile on my face.

"Oh yea, by the way, That juice box I stole from you? It was delicious," I laughed at my own remark.

I skipped happily across the hallways minding my own buisness. when I got closer to some parts i noticed two reconizable voices. That blonde dude and Nora? I had to see this. I poked my head out only a little bit so I can see with one eye on what they were doing. They were talking and they both seemed nervous.

I knew it! They were dating~ Hehehe. I might of heard wrong but by the looks of it, it looked like they were.

I guess I can just stay here until I come out.

James Milrite

"That's great. I'm pretty famished," I said, slight complaing in my tone. The study hall was quiet as usual. I looked around the classroom for a bit. I did see Derek in here and talking to that brunette that slapped me this morning. Now they dissapeared. Not that it mattered or anything. Its just that brunette slapped me really hard and my cheek was still tingling.

"Cecile do you know that brunette this morning? she slapped me really hard," I said rubbing my cheek. I think Cecile didn't see that girl slap me because she obviously fainted.

I smiled and I could feel my cheeks just getting warm. Something was just weird about me. Like it wasn't me. He ruffled my hair but I didn't bother to fix it.

Next thing I knew, In was leaning closer to Derek. Our faces were centimeters apart. I was so close I almost kissed him until HE came in.

"JIN! What are you doing?" I exclaimed angrily at him. I was so close! God darn it! Although I was kind of relieved. I didn't know what caught of me. But he just killed the mood. I felt my cheeks getting hot.

"Sorry Derek, I.....He's my servant as well as Cassandra's. Mainly for Cassandra though," I explained turning my eyes away from him and rubbing the side of my head. I couldn't look into his eyes on what happened.

I looked closer and they were about to...kiss? Oh my god. Now this was worth seeing! Until Jin came in. Wait....Jin? when did he get here?


"No it's okay," I explained patting her head. I was afraid she still didn't feel well. She look like she was fine but something just wanted me to....nevermind. Hugging her would go too far wouldn't it?

"Nora slapped me way too hard"

Never hurt me...? Well he never slapped me back but still it was quiet a shock to me. Jin then said to look around my surroundings. There I saw Cassandra waving nervously at me and she started to get up and run, ignoring Jin's escortation. I would love to spend some alone time with Derek but I will have enough of those in the future. Right now, Cassie was gonna pay.

"CASSANDRA THORNE IM GOING TO KILL YOU!" I shouted chasing after her.

She was going to receive a lot of slapping from me.


Oh come on Jin! Right after he told me where I was Nora glared at me and started to walk closer to me. While in the mean time I could let Jin escort me to wherever. I ran from Nora playfully. Of course she won't kill me but still, her slaps are hurtful! I dont know where she got them from.

"Catch me if you can!"

I shouted back playfully, while sticking my tongue out.


Cecile just kept worrying about me. It was cute but still. "I'm fine," I replied removing my hand from my cheek. We should really check on her brother and plus we were going to leave anyway but somehow we got stuck in a conversation.

"We should check on your brother. He's probably been worried about you," I said, getting up from my seat.

I soon ran out of breath and I couldn't chase her anymore. I'll slap her some other time. I just walked back and when Jin wa srunning after us I told him this, "Cassie is over there. I'm just gonna go back,"

I walked back only to find Cecile, Derek, and that dark haired guy that I slapped this morning. "Hey guys. What's up?" I asked the three. man I hope that guy's cheek still didn't hurt. I slapped him pretty hard that my hand hurt. My hand was fine but still.

I found Derek who was still kind of shocked. Hehe, yea things were going to be awkward for us.

Cassandra Thorne

Nora soon gave up and I can see Jin running over here. I never seen him run like that before. It was kind of funny, hehe. "Hiii!" I waved to him, pretending nothing happened.

James Milrite

As we walked near Derek he was still in shock. "Derek, you look you just saw a ghost or something," I said, crossing my arms.
Soon the brunette walked back and she noticed me the that she slapped. My cheek was feeling better but it still kind of tingled.

Nora Thorne

Again he ruffled my hair and I was going to slap him so things were normal between us. I didn’t want to make things awkward between us. So I just quickly fixed my hair. After Cecilia asked what happened, I shifted my eyes at the two then at Derek and did that a couple of times.

“He started it!” I said pointing at Derek. Who cares if I was acting like a child?

I raised an eyebrow at the two. Things were probably intimidate between them. They weren’t acting like their usual selves.

Cassandra Thorne

“I knnoow but spying on people is fun! You should try to!” I giggled at him. He was always worrying about me. But he was my servant and so did the other servants at my mansion. Jin was just the main one, despite his age.

“So is that blonde guy Nora’s fiancé?” I asked Jin.

Alyson Romann

Alyson glanced down at the friendster, watch, and transporter she had been given. Why in the world would she need something as useless as a friendster? Oh well, school policy, probably.
Alyson wondered down the hallways, looking for her dorm and figuring out where all her classes were. Everything in this school seemed so simple so far.

Why was she here this late? True, it was only the second day of school, but that wasn't really an excuse on Alyson's part. Her uncle had forcefully sent her to this school hoping she could live "a normal school life" and "make new friends." Heh, Alyson could tell right off the bat there was nothing "normal" about this school. It gave off too much of a dark aura.

As soon as Annie gave me her hand, I was practically dragging her out of the study hall. Pausing for a second, I briefly looked around then dashed, Annie's hand still in my grasp, toward the library, while going there, I almost bumped into Alexander, grunting slightly, I ignored him and continued toward the library, as soon as I got there, I noticed Alexander was a few steps away, probably followed us. Simply gesturing for him to tag along, I took Annie to one of the computers while pulled a chair out and setting it infront of the computer. let go of her and pointing at the chair, I simply said "Sit, Time to learn."

Annie Montgomery

Once Kamal plopped me down in front of something. I assumed it was a portal to the space whale and its people. But sadly, that was not the case. The internet was a... a... LABOR SAVING DEVICE! It corrected your spelling, letters were delivered instantly, and finding old friends was easy. It disgusted me. How could this generation be so lazy?
But Google was the worst. It was a glorified phone book. You type something, anything, and it directs you ELSEWHERE for a response. After seeing the horrors that was the Internet, I was tempted to destroy the thing. However, they were too expensive to do so. I let it live, this time.
After thanking Mr.Ali for his informative lesson, I picked up my notes and trudged back to my dorm and collapsed on my bed. I didn't want to do anything but lay there, so I did nothing but that.

Nora Thorne

"Oh yeah? You leaned in too! So you did want to kiss me? Haha!" I argued back placing both of my hands on my hips. Serves him right.
It was only a matter of seconds what I realized that I did.

Dark haired dude and Cecile were right there. Derek tried to cover it up. Missed? MISSED A SLAP? HOW DARE HE. I never missed a single slap in my life! Maybe once.....but still!

"YOUR SUCH AN IDIOT!" I shouted and of course slapping him and making sure that his cheek was a bright or maybe dark red.

I kind of widened my eyes in surprise and then I felt Cecile go behind me. "Yeaaa I think we should leave you guys alone...." I stated grabbing Cecile's hand saying that we should go.

Cassandra Thorne

Another guy? How many guys to Nora court? I dont know. But they were all jerks, I would agree. Just wanted money. Even if they did have money they still wanted more.

"I hope Derek is not one of them," I said, crossing my arms. Since I could tell Nora was starting to like him. Psh, it's totally obvious.

Nora Thorne

I was blushing madly when he brought my close. My heart was beating really fast and it kind of hurt my chest. What was he going to do? My mind was blank and my eyes were wide open. I tried my best to pull away. But....

Wait...Did he just....kiss me?

I didn't know what to do. My brain was like shut off. I pulled him away and I just stared at him "Wha...I..err....uhh....I," I was hesitating. I would have said 'YOU TWIT' or something like that. Maybe I would slap him again.

My brain was slowly recovering. If I was a blonde this would make a lot of sense. I realized my hands were still on his shoulders and I was still staring at him. So I did the dumbest thing I ever done. I kissed him back. Why? Dont ask me why! I dont know!

Right before anything happened I walked away and dragged Cecile to the cafeteria. Well dragging. We weren't there yet. Since it was practically dinner time. Since it was right to leave them alone, I was little frightened on what would happen next. Believe it or not.

"Well good thing its dinner I'm hungry," I said changing the subject and acting like nothing happened.

Cassandra Thorne

"Yea...." I said still trying to keep my poker face. i looked down the hallway only to see nothingness and just the empty halls of this school.

"Mmm, I think being really bad at Math passes through this family. Are you good at math?" I asked. It didn't seem that hard but i could use some help. Plus I didn't even feel like doing my homework right now. I just wanted to relax or practice singing. Heck I want to jpin the chorus.

I found my room and unpacked my things. Luckily, I had a room to myself. That was probably for the best due to the fact i wouldn't be held responsible if something happened to someone while going through my stuff. But I digress. My stomach gave off a soft growl. It was probably time to eat lunch anyway. Better find the cafeteria. I thought. I grabbed my map and headed in that general direction.

They weren't many people in the hallway, or anywhere for that matter. At some point she passed two people--probably dating--who were having an argument. Humans were so strange. Oh well, it wasn't any of my concern.

I found the Cafeteria and sat down at an empty table. I dug around in my tote bag and pulled out a deck of cards, shuffling them in my hands and splitting the deck. Then I drew one card and placed it face down. I placed the rest of the cards back in my tote bag and stuck tat card in my vest pocket for later. I tried to do this at least once a day. Why? Heh, you don't need to know that right now.

Nora Thorne

I felt like an idiot right now. But I was in a mad giggle fit. I slapped him again to keep myself in character still, "How did you know that was my first?" I asked, "Are you stalking me?"

Maybe he was maybe he wasn't. He pushed me down the hallway to god knows where. We passed this green haired girl who looked mysterious to me, oh well. He was probably teasing me. I guess I was still giggling and Derek was grinning like an idiot. Yep we were probably drunk even though we don't drink. We're underage anyways.

"Where are you taking me anyways?" I asked again. It was dinner and I was kind of hungry. Where were Cecile and that dark haired dude? Probably in the cafeteria.

We soon reached the cafeteria and there were students all around the place holding trays of food and sitting down. Basically like any school cafeteria where everyone was talking and long lines for food. Cecile had this faint smile on her face, she was probably worried for her brother and the Miss slap-a-lot girl. "You okay?" I asked, just to make sure. I was worried for her anyways.

Cassandra Thorne

I smiled for him being pretty smart. practically everyone in my family was horrible at math and it was nice to know that some servants were smart at it. I gave a sly smile. He offered his hand but instead....

"Race you there!" I exclaimed heading to my room. I was in a series of giggle fits right now.

[She hasn't slapped anyone yet? THATS A RECORD]

That last part was rude of course. "Well that's a little rude. Im pretty sure a lot of guys would," I stated trying to resist my temptation to slap him. Well maybe a few guys. I dont know.

I was a little worried about Cecile and that dark haired dude, I dont know what his name is nor that I didn't care. Maybe the cafeteria was a good idea. Maybe I could talk Cecile in for a sleepover to talk about stuff and maybe get to know each other better. Since we were only friends for two days so far.

"I'm a little worried about Cecile and her friend. Let's just go to the cafeteria," I suggested. I think they would be there and you know, people after school usually get hungry.

I really wasn't worried for the two, they are who they are and it's not like monsters suddenly attacked them. Since it was dinner and they were probably on their way. "I'm sure they're fine," I said after a few seconds. That answer might not help but it was like a default answer to everybody.

I patted her blond head and took a few steps toward the line. "Just take your mind off things and just relax, everythings going to be fine,"

Cassandra Thorne

I stopped running so Jin could catch up. Maybe I should head to the library since there were school polocies about people in a dorm room. I dont know why but whatever. Im just going to follow the rules and not get in trouble. My parents would be mad at me if I did.

I giggled at my servant who was chasing after me, I always thought it was funny seeing him running since it looked impossible for him to run. That was just my opnion. "Jin lets just go to the library and do my homework, it's only a short distance anyway,"
