Nightrow Monster Academy [IC Thread]

James Milrite

Derek was a hunter as well and for a long time actually. "Heh, I'm a hunter as well," I answered. Gotta thank the army for that. It was long till the door opened. It was a girl who looked just like Derek. Long blonde hair and blue eyes. She also seemed young as well. I gotta admit, she was pretty. "It's nice to meet you too, Cecilia," I said, a small grin forming.

Nora Thorne

"Done!" I exclaimed, putting my hands on my hips. I looked around the room. It was spotless, organized, it should stay like this forever. I was going to make sure no monster would barge in here and ruin this perfect room. It almost looked like it can go into those magazines. The room was just that perfect. "I should explore the school a bit. Also to get used to my surroundings," I said to myself. I was just about to put my hand on the door knob and realized that it was stuffy in this room. I wanted the room to be nice and cool when I came back so I opened the window, just a smidge.

The hallway was partically empty. There were some people in some classrooms and people out in the hallway talking and using their friendsters. I leaned against the wall reading a book that was really interesting. It was a about girl who ran away from her home and was lost for almost three years. I'm only on page 65 and there were a couple hundred pages. Maybe I was like this girl. I ran away but I wasn't gone for three years. Heh,funny.

Klaus Bernar

Klaus was snooping around the halls making sure all students were in their dorms before dark.

Klaus noticed a little girl and a cold looking young man along with a wolf in the hall.

"Hey! you two, shouldn't you be in your dorms it's getting late." Klaus said giving them a stare.

[note: Klaus always has a cold look to his eyes so sorry if it offended you or something... D:]

Alexander Bernar

Kiki announced her leave and Alex waved goodbye with a smile.

"heh She was sweet." Alex said to Cecelia.

Cecelia had to leave too.

"Huh? that's fine I'll see you around thanks for everything." Alex said with a bow.

He was surprised she bowed there wasn't much of that where he was from but it was polite.

"guess I better start going too it's getting dark." Alex said to himself as he felt a sudden chill.

Alex began jogging to his dorm in fear of being alone, the halls were relatively empty.

Kamal Ali

Kamal was secretly relived that E knew where to go, sighing he turned to a Student slightly older then him by about three years by the looks of it. Giving him a flat look he answered with a emotionless "I already slept, and I'm heading to the Gym to test out my new weapon."* he already didn't like the guy just from his stare, it reminded him too much of his old Orphanage Headmaster.



[The grey color of his speech shows that he is talking emotionless because since grey is supposed to be the unbiased and color, AND the green color is his normal indifferent tone, I will be posting in the OOC section what the color of speech for him is.]

Klaus Bernar

"I'll escort you..."

Klaus began walking and noticed the boy's stiffness.

"regardless of your opinion of me, we have to go together if one of us is injured it will be the other who has to warn others." Klaus said.

Klaus looked back at the boy and held up his friendster.

"I suppose I'll need your name." Klaus said.

Alexander Bernar

Alex hurried and noticed his brother.

"Oh man, I'd better be quiet." Alex said sneaking past His brother.

It's not that Alex doesn't like his brother but he was afraid of his own imperfection.

"Klaus, why are you so... *sigh*" Alex said in frustration.

Kamal was surprised to hear that he would escort him 'Probably just trying to keep a eye on me, after all it's not THAT safe with monsters on the loose.' he thought, and he was proven correct by his next statement. As they started to walk Kamal Jestered for Yuki to follow. Trying to hide his stiffness Kamal let the guy lead the way. Apparerntly he didn't try hard enough as he seemed to notice, when he mentioned getting his name Kamal just gave him a Bemused look. "According to manners Aren't you supposed to introduce yourself first?" he asked already knowing the answer. Just as he was about to speak again he heard Yuki Growl at somewhere in the Shadows.(Alexander.) Spinning sharply he flexed his claws (AKA nails.) and crouching his back a little while Yuki was on the deffence"Who ever is in there come out or your going to be ripped to shreds!" Kamal snarled.

Klaus Bernar

"Hmph, I'm not one for manners, but i suppose you're right my name is Klaus Bernar." Klaus said apprehensively.

Klaus glanced at the boy and noticed the Wolf's snarling.

Klaus looked in the direction the wolf was barking.

Klaus raised his glasses in realization."surprised he's still out." he whispered to himself.

Alexander Bernar

Alex calmly walked out of the dark.

"Umm... sorry I didn't mean to startle you... I just..." Alex looked at his brother and stopped talking.

"I'm Alex..." Alex hesitated "...Bernar." Alex held his wrist tightly.

"You Idiot." Klaus began "You're lucky this boy noticed you because if it were me I wouldn't have hesitated to attack you." Klaus Stated beginning to walk

Kamal Ali

Kamal quickly noticed how strikingly simmular Alex was to Klaus 'Maybe they are Brothers.' he though, his was confirmed correct when Alex said his last name was Bernar. And from the looks of how shy and timid he seemed around Klaus he though he was either abused by him or Klaus was mean to him and ignored him. 'It better not be Abuse or else I'll rip his throat out with my bare ha-err claws!' he though unwittingly letting out a small growl. Re-forcing on Alex he saw he scared he look. Feeling kind of guilty he snapped at Yuki to relax. Looking at Alex as Klaus started to walk he couldn't help but smile warmly at him "Well, come one before grumpy over there abandons us" he whispered jokingly to Alex.

Nora Thorne

I didn't notice it was getting dark. The hallway was slowly getting empty and I still kept my head into this book. Until I heard someone very close say she loved this book. I put the book down and it was a girl. A little younger than I am. She had long blonde hair and bright blue eyes. Her name was Cecilia. A fitting name for her, actually.

"I love this book too. I only started it yesterday and I'm caught in it," I giggled slightly. This book just kept you thinking and guessing what happens next.

"I'm Nora, It's nice to meet you," I introduced myself, lending out a hand.

James Milrite

Cecilia left quickly. Her face seemed pink, I didn't why at first. I turned to Derek who earlier asked if she was okay. "So...is she your sister or something?" I asked. They did look alike. I mean really. They could have been fraternal twins. I had no siblings, I was an only child. According to what my aunt said. My aunt hated my mother. I didn't know why, they just hated eachother. Maybe its just sibling rivalry.

Cecilia Patricia Janet Kara Lionna Jennifer Cheyenne Mira Felicity Kingston

"I'm glad. Not many people find interest in something so confusinng but if you understand it, there's no way of hating it." I stated. Some books were like that, but I found that the more confusing they were, the better plot and story behind them.

I personally enjoyed reading.

"Nora. I like that name," I said, taking her hand and politely shaking it. She was a very pretty girl. Maybe Derek would like her. I really would like to see him getting along with a girl. Since our parents started tryig to find a fiance for him, he started avoiding women other then myself. Technically though, I wasn't really a woman I guess... Just a young girl.

Derek Nevine

I scratched the back of my head. Cecile never really barged into places and back out. Maybe something was wrong with her. Was she sick? Better check it out.

Before I could leave, James asked me about our relationship.

"Yeah, kinda. She's my step sister but because our parents never bothered with us, I had to raise her." I said, starting to open the door.

"I'm going to check on her. You can come if you want." I decided to say, walking out of the door. I left it open just in case, it wasn't like any monsters would go in.

I only went a little bit down to the hallway to find her... Holding someone's hand. I was a bit far to see but was this person hurting her?!

I ran to Cecile's side and quickly pulled her away.

"Derek?!" She yelled. I took her hands and inspected them.

"Ceci, you're nor hurt are you? What did this person do to you?!"

[Derek gon get slapped. XD]

Alexander Bernar -Hallway

"yeah." Alexander smiled in agreement.

Alex began walking towards the gym.'

"A real wolf, that's kinda surprising, this guy seems nice too, I hope we can get along, I forgot to get his name!" Alex thought to himself.

"Umm... excuse me, I don't know many people yet so it would be helpful if I could know your name?" Alex said with a grin.

Klaus Bernar -Hallway

Klaus was walking through the halls with a very speculating glaze.

"It would be helpful if we didn't run into any monsters around here, but even if we do, we should be able to fend them off." Klaus thought to himself.

Klaus went into the main hall that led to two large doors, he opened them up and noticed the size of this area.

"alright we're at the gym." Klaus said holding the doors open.

Nora Thorne

Cecilia was nice. She was pretty and I was stuck with green eyes and brown hair. Curse my self-esteem! I could hear footsteps coming down the hallway and soon someone who looked like her brother came. He was very overprotective of her.

"Ceci, you're not hurt are you? What did this person do to you?!"

What the......
I didn't even do anything! I just talked to her and shook her hand. My smile turn into a frown. My green eyes turned from cheerful to anger. I probably had a very short temper. I walked up to the man. before I did anything I noticed a pink stripe in his hair. what's with the pink stripe?

I shortly slapped him, right across the face. I made it sure it hurt. "I didn't even hurt her!" I exclaimed, glaring at him. God what a jerk.

[and the long grudge starts...now~]

Nora Thorne

I was surprised he didn't fight back. Well he was a jerk anyways. I can sense his cheek was red from how hard I slapped him. The man -cough- jerk scolded me. "I can do it again so you can get in your head that I did slap y-!" I suddenly realized that Cecilia was here the whole time. Shoot. Cecilia introduced him, or brother. He was overprotective of his sister. Figures.

"Well it is very nice to meet you!" I said sarcastically to Derek. If my parents were still doing the hunt for a spouse thing and it was this guy. I swear, I would kill my parents. Maybe I would even kill Mr. Hotshot here. I giggled.

"I must be leaving, Bye Cecilia!" I did a little wave until maybe I could be a little nice to say bye to the jerk. "Bye Derek, don't let the monsters eat you!" I again said sarcastically, just about to make a turn towards my dorm room.

Kamal smiles brightly at Alex when he saw him looking at Yuki curiously 'Well, him not being afraid of Yuki gives me a good impression.' he thought. As they caught up to Klaus he quickly answered Alex's question "Well, I'm Kamal Ali" he said a little louder then normal so Klaus can hear him. When Klaus opened the Gym doors he thanked him and looked around for the Transporter, spotting it he quickly entered his Dorm room number and stated "Weapon and Armor." he was in awe when he saw the Gun appear in his hand and the Armor appeared covering Yuki. Grinning from ear to ear Kamal looked around for a shooting range, finding it he walked over, giving his gun a spin from the trigger he aimed, pulling the trigger he heard a almighty[I just HAD to say that >.>] BANG and his shot....... missed by two feet. Faster then a set of traffic lights he lost his grin and sighed. 'Well, looks like I got ALOT of work cut out for me.' then he heard.... something. turning around he saw that Yuki was on her back rolling around and barking like crazy. Glaring at her with mock hurt "Oh laugh all you want, atleast I have THUMBS" he stated.

Alexander Bernar -Gym

Alex pulled out his Friendster and registered Kamal into it.

"okay there we go, this way we can keep in touch." Alex said holding his friendster up with a grin.

Alex walked in and looked around.

"Wow, well I'll try to stay out of the way." Alex said

"That's fine take a seat and get some rest." Klaus said pointing to the bleachers.

Klaus Bernar

Klaus took out the pistol he had ordered and held it in his hand aiming at around the room.

Klaus walked past Kamal, heading towards the shooting range.

"okay, here I go." Klaus held up the gun and began to shoot at first he was doing fine not necessarily hitting the target but close.

"hmph." Klaus grunted, he looked towards Kamal and noticed him playing with his dog, he then turned back and gave it another go.

BANG! BANG! BANG! Bulls eye!

Kamal Ali



When Yuki finally went quiet Kamal gave her a Satisfied nod and turned around to practice. Aiming again he tried to aim for the bulls eye. Right before he pulled the trigger he remembered Yuki and her ears, turning around again Kamal reached for the Shooting range's earmuffs and put them on Yuki's head. Spinning around back to the targets he quickly aimed and pulled the trigger.


BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG!


It seemed that every bullet would get closer to the bulls eye, but the last bullet hit right next to it by a few inches. Fuming Kamal wondered why his aim was like that, untill it dawned on him that he forgot to put on his glasses. Facepalming he quickly took out his glasses from his pocket. Putting them on he replaced his gun clip with a new one and started to practice again.



BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG!


Looking at the target Kamal nodded satisfied. All the Bullets hit right next to the Bulls eye and one even got it in the bulls eye! Turning around he went to the Bleachers with Yuki trailing along. Sitting down next to Alex he stayed silent for a bit before reaching into his Shirt's left shoulder cut and take out the Dagger from it. Offering the Dagger to Alex he said "Here you go, I won't need this anymore."



[I want to run into a monster soon.]

Alexander Bernar -Gym

Alex was enjoying watching Kamal and his brother practice, Klaus seemed the same as ever, but Kamal notably enjoyed the experience.

Kamal suddenly sat next to Alex and offered the dagger to him.

"umm... Thanks, I'm not really into fighting but It's better to at least be armed."
Alex grabbed the knife and held it in his hand, he really appreciated it.

suddenly Alex looked up and noticed the door open.

"uh, Klaus did you leave the door open?" Alex said worriedly.

Klaus Bernar -Gym

Klaus noticed Kamal giving the knife to his brother and gave a sigh.

"It doesn't matter what weapon you give him, he's not that type of person, if only..." Klaus's thoughts were interrupted by Alex's question.

"uh, Klaus did you leave the door open?"

"What?! Darn!, Kamal please protect Alex!" Klaus ran towards the door with gun in hand and slammed the door closed.

Klaus began to breathe heavily.

"You know as well as I do, that something is in here!" Klaus shouted to Kamal.

"Alex please do me a favor, Stay with Kamal" Klaus ordered, Alex nodded in agreement.

[ANNOUNCEMENT, ANNOUNCEMENT, ERROR, ERROR]

Malfunction, malfunction! Something is in the gym, something is in the gym. Red alert, red alert. Security system failing, security system failing.

Peter: "What's that?"

Molly: "Just as it said, something's hacked into our security for the gym. Monsters are able to pass through the barriers around the gym."

Peter: "So do you think they'll find a way through the barriers of the classrooms? Cafeterias? Dorm rooms?"

Molly: "I think so. I hope not, but the students might be in more trouble then I had expected. I'm calling for an announcement."

"Attention, attention students. We are going through a malfunction alert. Due to the monsters, you are unsafe in the gym. There is no barrier around the gym, like the hallways. If you are in the gym, you must be cautios. I repeat, you must be cautious. We-"

Malfunction, malfunction! Something is wrong, something is wrong. Red alert, red alert. Appearance changing, appearance changing. Humans, humans!

Molly: "Crap, something else?"

Peter: "You don't think that means that monsters can now take on the shape of a human, do you?"

Molly: "... I think so..."

Peter: "Students, we are going through a lockdown. The monsters may be around us now. They might have taken on the appearance of humans! I'm sending out an app for your friendsters to tell if there is a monster near you, and where. If there's someone infront of you, whether you know or don't know, check your friendster to be sure. This app will install onto your watch as well."

Molly: "Please be careful because of your weapon use. Do not attack unless you know for sure!"

Kamal Ali

Kamal went tense and quickly equiped his Laser to his Desert Eagle. Looking at Alex he couldn't help but say the thing that he swore to never say "Don't worry Alex, I'm protect you. And besides it couldn't get any worse then this!" he said soothingly but Kamal then suddenly went rigged "Oh crap, Oh crap, oh crap! Murphy's Law Murphy's Law MURPHY'S LAW!" he said panicing. He knew that he should never say that, because if there was one thing that the orphanage toughed him it was to never test Murphy's Law. And he was confirmed true when suddenly he heard a System error and Molly's announcement. Facepalming, he was about to tell Yuki to stay on Guard when he heard a noise. Spinning around he saw a little black..... thing. It was about three feet tall and was completely black with sharp claws for hands and clawed feet with long, floppy ears. Quickly aiming at it before it could jump Alex he emptied his Clip in it's head


BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG!


The monster quickly fell to the floor. "Is it dead?" he asked, but his hopes were quickly dashed when he saw it's foot still twitching, sighing he replaced his clip and aimed at the Monsters Heart. Closing his eyes he pulled the trigger and shot it. Opening his eyes he was relived to see that it was dead. Sighing he looked at Alex, wanting to see what his response was.


[The thing he swore to never do was test Murphy's law and the Cyan color means Soothingly.]

Klaus Bernar -Gym

Klaus spotted the monster as well it was like nothing he'd ever seen before.

He began to fire Bang Bang Bang but every shot missed.

"huh?" Klaus suddenly noticed the direction the shadow was going.

"ALEX! watch out!" Klaus shouted.

Alexander Bernar -Gym

Alexander immediately saw the creature and in fear closed his eyes.

"It's going to be okay. I'm going to be fine. Nothing will hap-" Alex's thoughts were interrupted.

"ALEX! watch out!" Klaus shouted.

Alex widened his eyes to come face to face with the creature as it made a sudden dive at him.

Alex clenched onto his dagger closed his eyes, and... BANG BANG BANG!

Alex opened his eyes once again to see the creature fade into nothing, upon doing so tears began to roll down Alex's face.

Kamal Ali

Kamal was startled to see tears running down Alex's face. Immediately rushing up to him he rapped his hands around his shoulders in a hug while having one hand rub Alex's back soothingly he said "There there, the monster is gone, everything is going to be alright!" while he said this he couldn't help but think 'What's with me soothing him? I hardly know how to cheer my self up let alone other people!'.



[That was Bromance NOT Romance! -_-]

Alexander Bernar -Gym

Alex stood there wide-eyed and noticed Kamal embracing him.

"There there, the monster is gone, everything is going to be alright!" Kamal said comforting Alex.

Alex allowed himself to catch his breath.

Alex never experienced this feeling, he felt protected.

"Ka-kamal thank you..." Alex said standing up and drying.

Klaus Bernar -Gym

Klaus's hands were still shaking uncontrollably.

Klaus grabbed his wrist and took a large breath.

he looked up noticing Alex and Kamal, he couldn't help but feel bad at himself.

"we-we should get going we don't want to get attacked... again." Klaus said with a tone of fear in his voice.

"we just have to keep going, we can't stop now." Klaus continued.

Kamal Ali

Kamal smiled at Alex with telling him "No problem." hearing Klaus speak he turned around and nodded while muttering "Good idea." keeping his arm around Alex he started to walk in Klaus's direction. While they were walking he couldn't help but wonder how the rest of the school could still be asleep with all of that Shooting.[*Cough* That's everyones cue to ENTER THE GYM!! I mean a gun is VERY VERY loud. Infact during the Riots in Egypt I could hear a gun from three blocks away -_-] Shrugging he kept his gun ready in case of another attack "I got to teach you how to use that Dagger later hmm?" he stated idly to Alex.
