she Unlock the 23 main portraited characters: Taro, Elliot, Felicia, Natalie, Gannon, Eliza, Mirabelle, Vaughn, Julia, Chen, Charlie, Denny, Witch, Harvest Goddess, Nathan, Alisa, Regis, Sabrina, Pierre, Lanna, Shea, Wada, and Mark. She is playing as a girl and she has the Blue Feather she done it all, he says hes not ready to settle down, can you help?

BTW,there's a arrow which has the access to the hm area..

You also have to bring your island's status up to 50% by building bridges, roads, etc.

I have almost all the requirements :/ i still need the blue feather, and i unlocked everything in my town..except the rice paddy feilds or whatever. i'm working on making vaughn mine >:3 it'll take a while though...T~T
