[Reserved for Genna, Arden, and Kyle]


Arden sat on the pavement, staring up at the sky. The gravel of the walk was pressing into her palm, leaving small, circular imprints. She didn't mind. In fact, she actually kind of enjoyed the feeling. In a strange sense, it was theraputic.

She rubbed at her eye suddenly. Pulling it back, she realized that it was wet. She felt underneath her eye again...tears. Why am I crying? she wondered, dumbfounded. She quickly wiped at her eyes with the sleeve of her shirt before anyone came across and saw her. She wasn't sad. She wasn't really feeling any emotions at all, really. She was a numb, emotionless void, which was an escape from reality every now and then.

So why were tears still coming?

genna walked on the path coughing and then she saw arden.

"Arden *cough* hi!" Genna said while coughing.

genna had a little cold because of the rain when kazumi was sad.

She looked at arden but did not say a thing.

(Hey Genna, this is our quality-post week, so it'd really be a good idea to have at least four sentences in your RP posts so that you can get a second character approved. ^^)


Arden looked up. "Genna?" she asked. She sniffled quickly, then winced. "Um. Hi. What's up?" She squinted at the blonde. "Are you sick?" she asked, frowning worriedly.

Kyle walked out the door with a grim face talking to Sebastian. Kyle bowed and watched Sebastian go back inside. Once the door closed Kyle looked up into the sky stuffing his hands in his pockets kicking the loose gravel on the pavement. He sat on the fountains edge continuing to stare at the sky.

"I just have a little cold. *cough* nothing to worry about! Doctor said i'll be fine!" Genna lied.
Genna hoped arden believed her because she couldn't make a better excuse.
"*sigh* why do your eyes look *cough* wet?" genna asked.

Then genna saw Kyle. "Kyle *cough* hi!" genna said.

Kyle startled by the coughing he turned and saw Genna who was in a coughing fit and Arden. He didn't seem to notice them until now.
"Hi "
His eyes left Genna and was fixed on Arden who had tears in her eyes. He started walking toward Arden.

Genna stared at arden.
wondering why her eyes are so watery. "hmmm... Arden *cough* how did you get your *cough* eyes so watery in the *cough* first place?" genna said.
She couldn't tell them that she had a cold because then they would probably scold her for going outside. (XD)

Arden's face turned red. "That's a good question," she said, ducking her eyes. "Um, must be the wind blowing in my eyes, or something." She wiped them away quickly. Ugh! Why can't I stop embarassing myself lately? She exhaled quickly, and then looked up at Genna. "I'm okay, really," she said, smiling. She looked over at Kyle. "Hi," she said.

He stopped a couple feet from Arden and said
"Hello"
Kyle stood and started his eyes flickering to Genna and Arden unsure what to do.
He paced a bit on his heels and kicked a rock accidently landing near Arden.
"Are you okay?"
He had no other words to say so he just blurted such an obvious question.

Arden's blush deepened. "Yeah. I have no idea why..." she gestured towards her face, cracking a grin. "I'm fine," she reassured Genna and Kyle. She stood up on the pavement, brushing her pants off. "Thanks, though," she smiled. She pulled her hair off her neck and tied it up into a ponytail, leaving a few strands hanging by her face.

Genna walked over a few inches.
but not to close to them so that they could get a cold.
"Arden, maybe it something *cough* that has to do to the *cough* weather." Genna said.
Genna sat down on a rock then sneezed when she landed on the rock.

Kyle was breathless when Arden pulled up her hair. He continued staring at her, then looked away catching himself looking at Arden longer than usual. His eyes rested on Genna still coughing.
"Are you really okay?" He asked.
Constantly Kyle stole glances at Arden, making sure she didn't notice.

"I'm fine. *cough* really. It might be allergies.
you may never know." Genna lied.
Genna looked up at the sky. Not a single cloud.
it was hot. Genna used her fan to cool her down.
"*cough*"

Arden felt his gaze before she saw it. Her cheeks heated up a little more. "Whew, it's hot out here," she said, looking up to meet Kyle's glance for a millisecond before he turned away. She blinked, and then focused on Genna. "Maybe you should get to a Clinic, Genna. You wouldn't want to faint out here. It is really hot." She felt kinda guilty for not being more proactive in getting her friend to the doctor, but her attention was sort of distracted. She looked back at Kyle, catching his eye and holding the look for a minute before breaking away.

genna looked arden with but-I-don't-want-to-face.
"Arden, I'm fine *cough*" Genna lied again.
"But your right that its *cough* hot out!" genna said.
Genna fixed her ponytail because it was becoming loose.
