Rise of the Angels (OOC)

There have been legends all throughout time of Angels on Earth; Tales of better times and amazing beings with great power and wisdom.
The stories tell of an amazing race; the Angelic Humans. Sent from the Heavens to aid the human race in their quest for Evolution and Ascension.

Over time, these powerful beings were thrown out of memory, disregarded and forgotten. Since then, the Human Race has slowly lost it’s way, leading itself off the trail to Evolution, and slowly into an impure and inhumane dominance.

However; in the recent years, children were born with more than human DNA in them. They were found to have amazing lung capacity, high IQ’s and lithe bodies. Along with that, small trails of unknown bird specimens were found in there DNA stream.

As they grew through childhood, the Bird DNA took it’s toll. Wings grew, numb and useless at younger ages, but strong by the age of 10.
The children have grown up since then; the Government keeping them secret from the rest of the clueless world. They keep the Angelic Humans in a large building, isolated in the Himalayan Mountains.
But they want to roam; the Government can’t keep them for long.


Dreams come alive; Tales are revived, and the world is put in limbo.
The Rise of the Angels has come.



Okay, let’s take a breath here.
You can either Roleplay as an Angelic Human, a Government Official, or a citizen. We are set in modern day times.


Rules:

1. No, you are not the best person here. You aren’t better than everybody else, you stick with three assets, and follow what they lessen.
2. Do not let Romance take over this RP.
3. No, you do not have amazing psychic powers.
4. Please refrain from spam, and keep to quality posts. Which means nothing like: *demonstrates what not to do*
5. Mary-Sues and Gary-Stus will be vaporised on the spot by robot dinosaurs.
6. No NPC’s, whatsoever. NPC’s will be immediately turned into dust.
7. If you don’t get a romance partner, you may not create one out of thin air. If your lonely, deal with it.
8. NO God-modding. If someone has just been shot, you can not heal them on the spot with your amazing talents.

PROFILE TEMPLATES & GUIDE


As a character here, you can have three of the following attributes, however, you need to take into mind that having one asset will lessen some other capabilities, example, if you have extreme speed, you wont be a very accurate shot.

Lithe movement (Extreme speed. However, lessens accuracy.)
Inhuman strength (Extreme strength, however, lessens flexibility.)
Superhuman Accuracy (Almost always hit a target, however, lessens speed.)
Acrobatic flexibility (Very *flexible, however, lessens strength.)
Long Endurance: (Can fight or travel for hours, however, lessens recovery rate.)
Speedy Recovery: (Recovers *quickly from wounds or injuries, however, lessens Endurance.)

*Flexibility does not mean being able to stretch your limbs to meters wide. It mean to be able to bend your body in extreme ways to fit something.
* Quickly recovering doesn't mean you immediately heal from a bullet wound. It will still take weeks, but alot faster than usual. Flesh wounds like scratches recover in a day or two.

There is no lead Angelic Human. They are all equal.

If she feels like an argument is about to start, she tries desperately to calm it down. If the argument is with her, she will simply quiet down and agree.

She is very feminine and doesn't like to get into fights. Easily prompted to tears, she attachs quickly to the person who gives her the most care and comfort. Her wings have just matured, and they aren't very strong or big yet, so she is still getting used to flying for extended periods of time.

Sabertooth, looking at your picture, I see why you say the wings are different...
However, I specified Bird DNA, and Angelic Humans are Bird hybrids. We're all equal, remember. Just change it to a picture with... More relevant wings.

Also... You might need to elaborate on 'very emo'. We need semi literacy for the RP.
