The Life Returns (Open)

As the slider doors open a man is wheeled in. Jaron is on a stretcher being sent to the ER. His head bleeding out without any sign of stopping. The doctors struggle why this is happening. They pump oxygen through to his lungs and blood through his body. Jaron was half awake. His vision blurry and he could barely remember where he was taken from or what he did that day. He then pass out as they entered the ER.

In his sleep he remembered something. A large tree stood in front of. He looked down at the tree and saw something sketched in it. But h couldn’t make it out. Something ran by him but it was completely black. His memory was still blurry. Soon after that everything went blurry and he awoke. He was in a large white bed with bandages over his head again.

Genna took a break after a few hours from work and cleaning up the blood on her floor. Honestly, not her favorite thing. The automatic doors opened as she walked to the counter where a nurse was typing away on her computer. She didn't know the man's name which was horrible. Although she did remember what he looked like which she was thankful for. "Exuse me, Miss? Was there a man with unnaturally blue hair? Had a bloody forehead?" She asked.

The nurse looked up at her and told her where the man was, she also said that he was able to take visitors now since he was stable. She thanked the nurse and turned to walk through the hallway. She hated hospitals, it scared her with all the blood and heart monitors, almost everything.

She quietly opened the door, he was already awake. She walked in and quietly took a seat. "What happened? Is your head okay?" She asked, her green eyes showing concern and worry.

Jaron sat up as the door opened slowly. He smiled happy to see a visitor. It was the girl from the shop. At least he thinks. He smiled and laughed like he always did. She asked what happened. He didn’t want to tell her the real reason, the disease he has with his cells. “Oooh a blood vain just broke. But its ok now.” he lied with a smile and his laughter. He got himself comfortable. It was fairly boring in there, he wanted to go outside again but, he wasn’t allowed. All he had was a stupid tv with a 1000 channels and nothing to watch.

Jaron sighed and looked at her worried about the puppies. “How are the puppies? Are they ok?” Jaron asked with a worried toned. He hoped the puppies were doing ok. He didn’t like the fact of them being stuck in a cage or near him while he was in pain. He was very worried almost shacking.

Genna nodded slowly. "I was worried there, I just don't like the sight of blood," She said, giggling softly. She hated the smell of hospital rooms, it wasn't invigorating. Also the atmosphere was uncomfortable. She sighed and grinned.

"Ah, they're fine. They don't allow pets in hospital rooms," She explained. She could understand why they don't allow them. Like maybe someone was allergic to dogs/cats and had a severe reaction, or they would bother the patients by endless barking/howling/meowing. Also some other situations.

It was terrible to look at him. Just bandages all over his forehead, it just made her shiver.
