Pirates of the Seven Seas [IC]

Plot:

A treasure...
A legend....
A race against time.

According to legend, there was once seven mermaids, one for each sea. They each guarded a sacred treasure that they had to protect. When these treasures were brought together, they became an item powerful enough that whoever wielded it would gain power over all the seven seas. Hearing of this legend, seven notorious pirates went on a long journey to search for the lost treasures. When they were unsuccessful, they passed the task onto the next in line to be captain. And so it went for many years.

Now, all seven treasure have been found, but there's a few problems. Each captain only has one treasure, and in order to gain the sacred item that rules the seas, all seven treasures must be brought together. Plus, the government also has their eyes on the treasure, and also wish to arrest the pirates. So with the army on your feet, and six more items to steal, which pirate will reign victorious?

Things to remember:

• The main genres of this are action, adventure, and fantasy. I will allow romance, but give it some time, and check with the person first before you start up a relationship with someone. Also, if you want to start out with one character being in love with or having a close relationship with another character, that's fine too. But remember, ask the person first.
  Please keep it PG.
  If you are a soldier, not only are you out to capture the treasure for yourselves, but you're also to arrest any pirates you encounter.

Arevhad (ah rev HAD)- Major Farming Country. Mostly rural with a few towns here and there.
Mangeni (man GEH nee)- Major fishing Country. They are more involved in trade. More suburban.

Isle of the Persain:
Malchior (MAL kee or)-Government/Monarchy Country
Jessamine (JESS ah min)- Major mining country.
Nesrin (nehs REEN)- A peaceful, beautiful country.

Isle of the China:
Bang (bohng)-Government/Monarchy Country
Ju-long (joo-long)- Major manufacturing country. Also has many coal mines.
Mostly large cities.
Zhuo (choo o)- Major trading country out by the sea.

Isle of the Indian:
Aadishwara (the pronunciation was unavailable)- Government/Monarchy Country
Bibhas (pronunciation unavailable)- A poor farming country. Mostly filled with slums.
Charu (CHAH ru)-A country near the ocean. Mostly into the smithery business.

Isle of the Atlantic:
Nigul (NEE gul)- Government/Monarchy Country
Reta (RAY tah)- A major Sea Port country. Mostly suburban.
Toomas (TO mas)- Farming Country.


Isle of the Red:
Axel (AHKS ale) -Government/Monarchy Country
Kalini (kah LEE nee)- Famous for their culture and food. Mix of Rural and suburban.
Soren (SOR en)- A country by the sea. Poorer then Kalini but still a major tourist industry.

It has been a long time since she had been here. Ages, it seemed. The last time Mai had been in this part of Reta was about four years ago or so. That time when she had first met Johnson. Mai could recall certain features she had picked out when she had first met him. His sea blue eyes, his shaggy coal-black hair that was always tangled with sea salt, His adventurous spirit and those strong tanned hands scarred with cuts and stained with dirt in fresh new ones. Mai shook her head. This was no time to be thinking about him. In fact, that had been the whole reason she had avoided this place for so long. But her crew was in dire need for supplies, and this was the closest place.

Mai stood there on the deck of The Atlantic, listening to the busy little town. The sent of sea salt was different here then anyplace else Mai had been. It was purer, somehow. This was something Mai hadn't discovered until she joined Johnson's crew. She remembered how physically sick she had gotten at the impureness of the air. She recalled how Johnson would stand there and tease her or scold her about it. But somehow, there was always something caring in his voice. If I stay in this place any longer, it will bring back unnecessary feelings that will make me want to stay. Mai thought. That was mostly the reason Mai had chosen to stay on the boat. But apparently just sensing this familiar home that was once hers still brought on those emotions. "Guess I'm not the big girl you always said I was becoming." Mai whispered softly. "I can't even visit my home town without getting all emotional." Mai's blind eyes turned towards the sky. She remembered how Johnson used to describe it to her, clear, blue, and beautiful. She wished she could see it. She could tell, however, that is was one of those skies her friend loved so much. She heard the gentle swishing of the waves and the obnoxious cawing of seagulls. Mai sighed. It was about time for them to go.

Appearing on the boat's deck, Isidore quickly noticed that Mai was unsure about heading into the town. Izzy knew that it would bring memories back to Mai that she probably didn't really need to be remembering at that point in time. They were in town to get supplies for another bout of sailing, it wasn't like they had time for sight-seeing. Besides, something about this town felt normal for Izzy, just setting foot upon dry land. It was a feeling that she oddly wasn't comfortable with. She felt more comfortable being there than she liked.

"If you'd like, Captain, I can go out with the other members to gather supplies," the redheaded First Mate calmly stated to her blind captain. She didn't want to startle the blind female, but she couldn't tell whether or not Mai was caught up in her own thoughts. With those sightless eyes, it was hard to read her expressions most of the time. "If the port of Reta brings back too many memories, you can remain back to guard the ship. I'm sure it will only take an hour or so to get what we need and set back out to sea once more."

She wanted to look out for her captain the best she could - that was what she felt was her duty, after all, as she was First Mate. But, there was still so much she found that she didn't know about her captain. Like just what had happened in the past and her true connections to Johnson. However, these were small details that she decided didn't matter very much. If she had been left in charge by Johnson, then she was surely trusted to be captain of The Atlantic. "Whatever it is that you are most comfortable with, Captain."

A familiar voice interrupted Mai's thoughts. She calmly turned towards her first mate and mustered a smile. "I'm fine, thank you. I need you to go out and round up my crew. We were able to disguise ourselves as travelers by taking down our pirate flag, but sooner or later someone is bound to get suspicious." Mai turned her head back out to the town. "If we are to successfully complete our mission, we need to attract at less attention as possible. The Atlantian government doesn't need to know we were here, it will only bring trouble." Mai released her grip on the banner and headed for her cabin. "Now go, quickly."

Isidore "Izzy" McKinnon, someone who had been a part of this ship almost as long as Mai had been captain. Although she inherited most of the crew from Johnson, Mai herself had recruited Izzy when she had found her on one of her trips. Since then Izzy had become a devoted friend and first mate to Mai. She was the only one who knew any detail about her and Johnson. Mai chose to act detached from her crew. If she became too much attached to the people on her ship and she were to loose them like she did Johnson, there was no guarantee that she would ever forgive herself. Still, Mai cared about her crewmates on a professional level

Isidore listened to her captain's words intently - she may have been somewhat held back by her memories of Johnson, but she was by no means a bad captain. So, Izzy needed to round up her crew mates with as little suspicion as possible, and she had to do it quickly. Mai was right, there was no time to waste as a large ship that boarded for too long would only come to attract attention. "Of course, Captain," with a quick bow of loyalty, she took off from the ship and escaped into town.

It had been a while since she had been upon dry land, but she mingled in with the people of town quite quickly. Tilting her cap down just over her face, it hid her curious eyes as she scanned the faces of everyone she passed, looking for those who belonged to her crew. "Shoot, you guys," she muttered darkly as she wove her way deeper and deeper into the crowds. "Supplies doesn't mean taking a vacation, where did you go?"

Though she didn't really trust the people of the town so much, her main focus was not to run into any soldiers or government workers. They knew how to pick out a pirate and she guessed that she reeked with the stench of sea salt and fish. Not that it was overly shady in a sea port town, but it was something she had to be careful of, none the less.

All she really needed to do was search out those dressed as travelers.

Vincent Brooks feld into town the moment he was allowed. Yes--he was getting supplies for the ship, but he couldn't help but take a detour to a nearby jewlery stand. He bit his lip at the prices. A necklace would have cost him a arm and a leg, so he looked at bracelets. One with a small silver chain and with rubies all over it caught his eye. So he bought it, practically draining his personal budget in hopes that the Captin would like it. It was hard to determine what Mai liked--she was blind afterall. Atleast he thought the simple jewlery would look good on her.

He roamed the town for a bit and picked up some medical equipment. This place was supposedly where he was born according to his father, but after that his home was the sea. It was weird for him to imagine that he might have grown up as the friends to all of the young adults here. They all seemed prim and proper if you asked him. Sure there probably was a drunk here and there, but nothing could compare to the drunkness of a pirate. As the saying went: Why is the rum gone? The awnser: The pirates drank it all.

A familar mess of red hair was searching for the crew already. Mai must have already started to get parinoid that they were here so long. "Izzy," he said approaching the girl from behind. "Time to bag and tag?" The statement sounded weird, but to him it ment that it was time to gather up everyone and load them onto the ship.

"The Captain has requested I round up the crew," she replied quite simply, not even turning around completely to face the man. She had many others that needed to be rounded up, as well, and if a couple of strangers - dressed a little oddly, as well - were to start conversing on an overly friendly level, others might be suspicious. She needed to be quick and attract as little suspicion as possible, it was Mai's order. She intended to see it through properly. "If you'd return back to the ship, I'm sure the Captain would be quite pleased. She wants to leave port sooner rather than later."

Of course Mai was feeling a little bit paranoid, but they were a bunch of pirates - it was an obvious feeling as they were the government's natural enemy. Even the people of town didn't take too kindly to their 'kind', but they weren't as strict as the government. Isidore understood Mai's concern, and if leaving port so early would make the young captain feel safe, she intended to have the crew rounded up quickly. "If you see any of the others on the way, please take them back with you - the sooner we can collect everyone, the better."

Exchanging only one sharp look with the man, she vanished off into the crowds once more, searching for familiar faces. It didn't take her long to find Graham York, the Atlantic's head cook. He had talent, but he didn't have anything in the way of brains. She knew exactly where to find him - the seafood shops down along the water. Naturally he'd be browsing good material for cooking and he only accepted the best quality goods. Fresh fish would suit his tastes just fine.

"Oh, Izzy!" Graham called out to her quite loudly among the crowds, causing a few heads to turn in his direction. Sure, the chatter among city folk was a little bit loud, but nothing compared to the obnoxious cry of an excited Graham. "What are you doing down here? I thought the sight of raw fish might have driven you away." Naturally, every stall for miles had a wide variety of fresh fish, which caused Isidore to cringe a little bit.

She didn't like the sight of dead fish - she always felt like the eyes of it were looking right into her soul. With a look of disgust, she pried her gaze away from the fish. "You need to learn to keep your voice down, you annoying oaf," she said bitterly as she practically dragged him away from all the fish stalls and away from the crowds. "The Captain's calling everyone back to the boat- get movin'."

"Yes, ma'am!" the boy said cheerfully, despite being a little bit older and taller than the woman he was taking orders from. With a playful salute, he headed back for the boat, leaving Izzy to shake her head with disbelief. Even when being scolded, he was so determined to do something right... what a fool.

But, she knew that her job was far from done - the doctor and the cook were only a small fraction of their crew. So, with much determination, she set out in search of the other members.

Ellie bounced up and down the streets of this little town in Reta, humming to herself. She often referred to the towns they visited as "this little town" because she never really paid attention to the signs that had the town’s now inscribed on it or she never really listened when Mai told them. Strange behavior for a navigator, that much was true, but not strange at all for this little pink-haired sailor. Ellie had been out on the streets looking for supplies like she had been instructed to do, but often got distracted by something whether it be something she saw in a shop, the yummy scent of something cooking, or even someone she saw on the street. Although most of her crewmates preferred to be on the ocean, Ellie enjoyed being on both land and sea. Maybe I should go buy some food to cook later. She thought. I could surprise Graham with something! He's a cook; he'll eat anything, right? SO I don't have to worry about making something he dislikes. Now, where can I find some octopus, seaweed, and fish eyes.....?

Isidore had been a little bit unsure about sending Graham back to the ship by himself because he could be such an idiot sometimes, but she figured that they were along the coast anyway, how lost could he get? Heck, she could see the ship from where she was standing! But, with the mass down as Mai had done to protect them from being found out... No, Graham was smarter than that. He was, after all, one of their crew mates, so he had to have a little bit of common sense. If she didn't have faith in him, no one would, and then things would end poorly. So, she placed what little faith she could in the foolish man.

Two down, too many to go. Briskly, she entered the waves of people and looked for those who she recognized, even if they were in a slightly different getup than their usually pirate clothing. Mai had mentioned that they were disguised as travelers, after all, so they had changed their appearances a little bit, but... No, it was foolish. She found she was starting to feel almost as paranoid as Mai. She couldn't let herself fall to that level or what use would she be in keeping Mai's spirits high in times of such need? With a fierce look plastered onto her face, she continued to look for her fellow crew mates. Charlie and Mayella still needed to be found - but where would they hide? A lookout and a navigator...

Well, Ellie had a special liking for cooking, right? Would she be hunting out food, as Graham had been? And what supplies had Charlie been assigned to collect? She wish she'd asked Mai before leaving the ship. But, no matter! As first mate, it was her duty to follow out her captain's orders with precision and good timing! She spun around quickly, heading back to do another take of the coast. With any luck, she'd find the pink haired navigator browsing through food supplies there.


Meanwhile, aboard the ship, Graham arrived after some confusion. Had he been booted off of another ship by some old man captain who claimed he wasn't one of their sailors? Several times. However, when he boarded the ship to find Mai and Vincent, he let out an over-dramatic sigh of relief. Finally, he'd found the right boat! "Captain, Izzy said you were calling us back to the ship?" his voice was loud and rather hard to take most of the time, and he often forgot that Mai was blind and so her hearing was a little sharper than normal. He didn't realise that sometimes he could really give her a crazy headache. "Graham York, reporting back!"

After a few moments, he started into his long and detailed tale of how he'd been kicked off a couple of other ships. Of course, it wasn't unheard of for people to tell him to shut up - especially Isidore. "You'd never guess how much trouble I went through to get back here!" Oh Lord, there he went again.

Mai was pacing the desk back and forth. It wasn't like her to loose her cool, but the moment more she stayed here, the moment more she became paranoid. Her pacing stopped when she head familiar footsteps enter the ship, then that familiar excited and high-pitched voice began to explain how he had once again gotten lost and ended up on a few wrong ships. Mai frowned, a bit ticked, and slapping Graham on the forehead. "Idiot, you need to be more careful. What if someone had discovered you? It could mean bad news for the rest of us." Mai sighed, and continued pacing. "Just be more careful next time, and report back to your quarters. We'll be leaving as soon as everyone's onboard." Mai found her way up to the steering wheel and turned it gently and back and forth. If her crew didn't return soon, she might have to go out and look for them.

As Ellie turned back to walk down the road with her goods, she spotted a familiar red head of hair, and a familiar tormented aura as well. "Izzy!" she called happily running up to her. "What are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be with Cap'in? Oh, it must be time to leave, huh? Well that's OK, I've got everything I need~ I'll see you back at the ship, OK?" Without letting her get a word in, Ellie turned and skipped away towards the direction of the ship.

Graham rubbed at his forehead painfully, but smiled all the same. "Of course, Captain!" With an honest salute of dedication, he vowed to himself that he would surely do better next time! He couldn't bare the thought of letting these people - some of the only people who had accepted him despite his terrible clumsiness - down for much longer. "Izzy's out collecting the others, they should be returning soon. She's doing her best!"

Of course, Graham always assumed that everyone was doing their best - they all seemed to be working hard, and he aspired to do the same!


Watching her go, Isidore was easily annoyed by Ellie's non-stop chatter, but didn't mind the fact that she obediently went to the ship herself, without having to be told. And, Izzy could count on Ellie to make it back to the ship properly, unlike Graham. She didn't hate Ellie, she thought to herself as she quickly started after the remaining crew member. She just wasn't such a fan of her loud, chatter-box ways. And the way she was so quick to strike up a conversation with just about anybody... it was a little bit scary sometimes.

However, she still had to find Charlie, which she figured would be one of her biggest struggles. She didn't know quite where to look for him or which direction he might have taken off in. In fact, when she thought about it, she hardly ever thought much about Charlie. She didn't know anything about him, despite him being one of her crew mates. "... This will be troublesome..."

Running by, Izzy had just about abandoned all hope of finding Charlie - as far as she knew, he'd returned to the ship already. However, the man standing outside of the crowds, looking towards the ocean caught her attention. She was very cautious about who she approached, but she quickly formed a plan in her mind as she approached the man. Putting on her most fierce look, she called out to him, "Hey, excuse me! Yeah, you there!" Her voice was rough and scolding, even as she approached some stranger for the first time.

It wasn't her first choice in such a situation, ever, but she felt that she had no other choices. "Boy, have you seen any small scruffy kids about the street? His name's Charlie, my little brother," but she quickly realised that they looked nothing alike - so much for that idea. "Step-brother. He's about this big-" she gave a measurement in comparison to herself, "And he's quite skinny. Dark, shaggy hair and quite gruffy-looking- like an animal. Have you seen him around?"

Her green eyes were sharp as she eyed the man - his eyes looked somewhere between red and blue, an almost purple in color and she was a little surprised. She'd never seen eyes like that before. He looked arrogant, much like herself, but he looked like the kind of boy who came from money. Either way, she wanted to gather up that brat, Charlie, and be on her way - that was all.

Izzy wasn't overly impressed with the rich boy's attitude. "Custody of the government, you say?" But there was no way she would believe that the government had captured one of her crew! They hadn't stood out to the other people of the city as anything more than travelers, and he had the nerve to say that Charlie might have been taken into custody by the government? Fat chance! "Well, he may be a brat, but he's far too kind for something like that. What would they want with a child, anyway?"

She didn't understand why they would have taken him - no, she didn't understand why this man would assume such a thing. Obviously, it would be because he was a lookout for a pirate crew. But, this man knew nothing about that, so what right did he have to suspect that? "You've got a pretty smart mouth on you, there. You ought to be careful about what you say - I'm just about ready to take you on right here and now, but my..." she hesitated for a moment. She couldn't use the term crew to this punk. "My family would be displeased with me."

Still in a rage about the government comment, she grumbled, "Where can I find my way to this 'government' which may have custody of him?" Just because she was born in Reta didn't mean she knew it well - she was a child of the sea, which is where her heart and soul laid. She didn't have time to waste on in-land locations. However, she hated asking directions from this guy because of how arrogant he had been with her - not that she was any better, of course.

"Siren?" she asked, temporarily forgetting about finding Charlie. If it was a plaything that the government had, that the government took pride in, then she wanted it. That's just how she was - if she knew someone had a great respect for something, and that someone was an enemy, then she liked to see it fall apart. She liked to be the one to make it fall apart. "Forget about Charlie, can we discuss this a little bit for a moment?"

Whoa, that's dedication as a sibling. But, she didn't really care so much for her cover in that given moment. She wanted the government's treasure. She was a pirate, and there was no hiding her true nature. Besides, this guy was a rich kid, so she could always target him later, anyway. It'd teach him for messin' with her crew. "I'd appreciate if you didn't call me 'miss', but I'm Isidore." Last names, she figured, were unnecessary and dangerous if she tossed it around freely. "I'll find Charlie after, but please tell me about this Siren."

Maybe with this she could make up for being late with finding Charlie - she could bring back a bigger treasure.

Vincent Brooks made his way back to the ship in hopes he was the first one there--then he might get some alone time with the Captin. But Graham beat him there went his chances. How was one supposed to get a girl if other guys were around? He left the jewlery in his pocket in hopes of another time to impress her. He was fickle when it came to impressing Mai. Everything simply had to be perfect since that was the kind of guy Mai wanted and deserved. She was born as nobility afterall.

Most people would probably wonder why Vincent didn't feel any resentment towards the Captin at all. Johnson was his adopted father in a sense and he had been with the crew longer than she had and was practically raised on the ship. He knew that he wasn't suited to run the ship though, he was more suited to watch after everyone's health. At a young age Johnson approached him and told him to study medicine in hopes of making a revolutionary pirate ship that would have some of the strongest pirates ever. Knowing medicine ment that after a raid or battle everyone would have a better chance of living. So from the start Vincent knew Johnson didn't intend for him to lead, not that that mattered. Being a doctor was stressful enough.

"Man, I hate this monkey suit," groaned Vincent as he stretched his arms. Being in a disguise sucked, so he took off his shirt to get rid of the bothersome disguse. He had to look like a professional doctor when he was in town afterall, and that included dressing nice like one. He talked more casually to the Captin than he probably should, "Mai, I must say you look as beautiful as ever today."

"I-I can't go with you now," Isidore said quickly, stuffing her hands into her pockets. She wanted to hurry back to the ship to inform her Captain. If they had something special like that, wouldn't it be the perfect treasure? Who knew that Reta had been sitting on such a secret all this time, for only the high class to know about? "I have to report- stop back and let my family know that Charlie's missing. He's most important right now, but good luck with your treasure hunt."

Like you'll be able to beat a couple of pirates to the treasure, though, Izzy thought proudly before turning to walk away from the man. "It was nice meeting you, Jake, maybe we'll cross paths again." And with that, she quickly walked off into the waves of bustling people. Once out of sight, she broke into a speedy run, dodging innocent people as she ran for her home ship. She absolutely had to inform Captain Mai of the news of this 'Siren', the government's precious treasure.

Though Izzy didn't understand the details, she knew that Mai had been intending to collect those magical items. Mai needed this information.


Graham took notice of Vincent's behavior, and his sudden removal of his shirt - somehow, something like that didn't seem at all strange to the boy. "Oh, Vincent, you came back ~" he said cheerfully, despite his trying to make a move on the Captain. He was completely oblivious to such things. "I wonder when Izzy will return back with the others? I'm about ready to leave port, you know?"

Izzy arrived at the ship, the mass having been brought down to make it look like just another merchant ship. It was a massive structure, a beautiful one, that she admired each and every time she laid eyes upon it. But now wasn't the time for something as useless as admiring her own crew's ship! She boarded the ship, hardly stopping long enough to fix her brown cap. "Captain, I just picked up some of the best news I've heard all day!" Pausing to catch her breath, Isidore added quickly, "Personally, I think you'll be pleased to hear it."

Graham looked from where he had been making idle and lame conversation with the crew's doctor, facial expression becoming somewhat pleased. "Oh, Izzy, you came back! Have you found Charlie yet?" The lookout was the final crew member who'd been sent out, but never returned back - not that Izzy seemed to care, at the moment. She was too caught up in her big news. From the fierce glare he was given, Graham silenced himself obediently. "So, what's this news you speak of, Isidore?"

Taking a deep breath to calm her ragged breathing, she spoke calmly, "I was speaking to a noble of Reta and he mentioned some news about a treasure that belongs to the government. Apparently, it's a young female who can 'sense magical items'," she said, a spark of excitement lighting in her green eyes. She was a pirate, so robbery was something she did all the time, but this was thrilling - stealing from the government, especially something so big, was not an every day task. "I believe this is referring to the items that you're looking for in Captain Johnson's footsteps?"

A sly grin crept it's way across her face as she said this, her desire to hunt the treasure clearly evident.

It wasn't long before Ellie and Vincent showed up. The first thing Ellie did was run down to the kitchen, squealing something about making an epic feast. Mai sighed. Sometimes that girl had too much energy. But she couldn't help but smile at how Graham would react at Ellie's atrocious cooking. Next came Vincent, who commented on Mai's beauty. And as usual, Mai responded with, "Well thank you Vincent. Of course I wouldn't know, would I?" The way Mai said those words was never angry, it was more teasing him then anything. Mai had known Vincent since she had joined the crew all those years ago. He as two years older then her, yet he was defiantly not as mature.

Lastly was Izzy. Mai was about to ask about Charlie's whereabouts, when Izzy starting talking about how she had run into a noble and how she had learned about a "siren" that could track down the items they were out to find. Something in her words struck a chord in Mai, and she slid down the railing of her ship and onto the deck. "Treasure? No. But I do recall Johnson mentioning something about it once. Some called it the second legend, but the government didn't want people to get suspicious so they silenced it before it could gain momentum. Only a certain few remember it." Mai leaned against the railing, and brought her dark gaze to the sky. "Something the original legend doesn't cover are the mermaids’ fates. The second legend says one of them--though it is unknown which one--married a human and gave birth to a girl. This girl had the power to track down the magical items. However, people soon found out and deemed her a witch. It was said then that the family went into hiding. No one knows what happened after that. After all those years of breeding with humans, it would make sense for the mermaid gene to disappear completely, but it is still said that a line with pure mermaid blood still remains. If the government had found and captured the new heir to this blood, then it could mean trouble not only for us, but other pirates as well." For a few moments, Mai was silent. She was thinking. Then, her face turned to where her crew was. "Change of plans." she said letting go of the railing. "We have to find this 'siren' and capture her. If the government has her, she'll be in Nigul. We need to leave asap. Izzy, ready the ship for deport.”

Sitting with her legs crossed on the pole in the front of the ship of the scarlet Aileen rovid the captain sailed the sea with the wind in her hair. The sea so mysterious and gorgeous . A pleasure to sail this mystery.

"alright men! Pull down the sails!" she shouted with no respons. "...oh thats right."aileen sighed remembering that no body had joined her crew, and this is why she is pulling into any island she is near...to find crew members. She stared at the sea hoping to locate something. She was planning on docking soon but hadnt found any island yet. She had slowed down the ship by lowering the sails to look aorund for a small island to dock.

"Nothing...." she sighed growing angry with every passing second. She was frustraited at how one ship had the most crew. A young girl at that even!
