Eye Colour: A murky olive, mostly half closed in annoyance or pure laziness.
Hair: A straight, short cut of slightly fiery red, symmetrical with messy bangs that rest above her eyebrows, sometimes swinging into her face and annoying her perpetually.
Clothing: Low's not very picky when it comes to clothes. Usually a nice, loose tank (preferably of navy colours) and a pair of cut off shorts or tight, low rise jeans will do it for her in the spring or summer, plain flip flops or possibly old canvas sneakers included. When it starts to get cold she doesn't change her style very much, which is a bit silly, only switching out her tank for an itchy sweater (navy being her favourite, of course) and cut offs for a pair of warm jeans. Usually she keeps the sneakers; even Low isn't crazy enough to go prancing around in flip flops in the snow.

Biography~
Family: Harlow comes from a small, underrated family from the Bronx. Her momma was a quick-witted spitfire, her daddy made his money with his brains, and her little brother was the typical dirty ruffian you'd see stealing money from a food cart. Low herself was the typical deliquent daughter; staying out late, making bad grades and learning to smoke (something she still does to this day, a menthol or two a day calms her nerves). Of course, like all bad kids she eventually ran away, didn't finish school, wandered. She hasn't talked to them since she left home at sixteen.
Character Personality Pros: There aren't many pros to Low's personality, except maybe her quick wit inherited by her momma and dry sense of humour that she'll always bestow on you.. whether you want it or not. 'Course, there's that working girl trait she's got, too. If she wants something she'll work to get it and if she ever gets around to a job it'll be true she'll be a good worker at it, too.
Character Personality Cons: Good God, there could be a book full of 'em. Low's too brash, she talks too loud, she tells her opinion whether it's wanted or not, and she a freakin' huge flirt. O' course, that could be seen as a good or bad thing, depending on how you look at it. She's always looking for a good time, whether it's at her expense or anybody else's. Sometimes she's just a bad person. Probably when inebriated. She shoots her mouth and gets herself in trouble all the time, and has the unique ability to insult anyone and everyone and their mother, whether she means to or not. Talk first, think later is her motto.
Likes: menthol cigarettes, hard liquor, all rice dishes, all sweets and desserts, baking, cooking
Dislikes: pushovers, people with no sense of humour, cocktails, potatoes, medicine

Low's not special. Nothing bad happened to her in her childhood, she didn't get her heart broken or anything. She's just a wanderer who eventually ended up .. here.
