DNA Souls (IC)

Violet wrote quicklier as the teacher spoke faster than a cheetah. Violet saw someone come in. She made a bit of eye contact with him. She slightly blushed and went back to work. She wrote quickly as her hand started to hurt.

Amine -who wasn't listening anyway- couldn't possibly hear anything the teacher was saying if she tried. He spoke so fast that every time she tried to concentrate, she would lose track of the words and get bumped out of the concentration. So she simply gave up.

She started to regret leaving her MP3 Player back in her room; a catchy Trance beat was pounding in her head. She had that song stuck in her head now, and it would take hours to get it out.
Amine liked Techno and Trance music, it's fast paced-beat and the passionate singing that came with it. Back in her old school life, she wrote essays to the music.

Amine found herself quietly tapping her foot and fingers to the beat in her head, oblivious to anything and everything around her; stuck in a daydream.

Ryu shrugged not caring about the attitude that the bat girl was giving. "Cool." He simply replied. Cool, a word that Ryu always used when he didn't care. A word that he used often to annoy people. Placing his legs on the desk while putting his hands behind his back, Ryu closed his eyes not even trying to listen to the teacher. The only thing that was in his mind was to get out of this place.

Tap, tap tap tap. Ryu could hear faint taps. Reopening his eyes, it wandered to find the source of the tapping, which was quite catchy tune. It was that girl, her "neighbor". He found it a bit aggravating not knowing her name. Ryu looked around his desk and tore a piece of paper from a notebook on the desk next to him and quickly scribbled on it. By the way, whats your name?. Short and simple is what he decided. Ryu crumbled it up on a ball and it accidentally hit her head.

Anime played through the Trance beat in her head, accurately tapping the rythm with her fingers and feet.
Tap tap tap ta-...
In mid rythm, she felt something soft hit the back of her head and roll onto the desk in front of her.
Hey, what the...? Amine thought irritably, unrolling the balled up paper and reading the words scrawled on the front.

By the way, what's your name?
Amine hesitated for a moment, wondering who threw this at her. She then remembered... Her neighbor was sitting right behind her. The shirtless one.
She blushed heatedly, reaching for her messy pencil case to dig for a pen.

After quickly selecting a bland blue pen, she discreetly -so not to catch the teacher's attention- wrote back:
My name's Amine. What's yours? : )
After quickly adding the unneccessary smiley face at the end; Amine folded it, pretended to stretch and dropped the note on her neighbor's desk.

Looking bored he sighed. After a couple minutes the girl dropped the note. Unfolding the note it said. My name's Amine. What's yours? : ). He wanted to laugh at the smiley she added but contained himself. It wasn't a HAHAHA laugh but a haha laugh because it was cute. Sorry for the hit. Ah, my name is Ryu. :]. With a smiley just like she put in the note. Crumbling it back up, he threw it as it almost hit her head, but it landed successfully on her desk.

Amine waited secretly for the note, trying not to act suspicious, and tried to make eye contact with the teacher. Just so she didn't look as distracted as she was.
As the ball of paper returned -whizzing just past her head-, the teacher glared at her with obvious suspicion. She quickly moved her hand over the paper, and acted like she was sincerely interested in whatever he was saying.

When his gaze was averted, and his attention on his notes, Amine quickly unfolded the note again.
Sorry for the hit. My name is Ryu. :]
She smiled, mentally noting the reply of a similar smiley face. She slowly reached for her pen again, and found a section of the note that wasn't already written on.

Hi Ryu. This lesson is getting boring. : (

Amine quickly finished, folded the note and faked a cough, discreetly putting her hand behind the chair and offering Ryu the note again.

Ryu watched, as the teacher started giving glares to Amine. He saw her placing her hand behind her back as she held the paper. Knocking off a pencil purposely, he took the paper reading, Hi Ryu. This lesson is getting boring. Sad. Chuckling at both the note and smiley he scribbled in small letter's hoping that she could read it, it said, It has been boring. Btw, very cute smiley. Ryu got up and placed the note on her lap as he went to the pencil sharpener. After shaving it to nothing, he whistled back to his desk.

(OOC: OH SHIZZLEPOP. It made my smiley face a real smiley. Sorry. XD)

Amine quickly swept the note onto the desk when the now probably paranoid teacher wasn't looking, flattened it out and read it.

It has been boring. Btw, very cute smiley.

She stifled a giggle, earning another quick suspicious glance from the teacher. Amine quickl put on an attentive face, got hold of her pen and pretended to write down a reference.
The teacher is being a prune. And thankyo--
Amine was running out of room. She quickly scribbled out the 'thankyou' and replaced it with a 'thanks'.

She turned slightly and adjusted her chair, secretly placing the note back on the table.
Amine was starting to wonder how long it would take for the teacher to quote her restlesness, and faced the teacher; half-hearing certain areas of speech.

"DNA... Animals... Rare... Aquatic... Land mammals..." It was hard to listen to, Amine felt tired just watching his mouth move.

Ryu took the note and secretly opened it, covered by a textbook. The teacher is being a prune. And thankyo-- She crossed out the thank you and instead wrote thanks~. He wasn't sure if he should write her back due to the teacher's... sharp attentiveness. I hope all the other teacher's aren't like this, He though to himself. Ryu lightly started tapping on the desk as the teacher blobbed on about something on Aquatic mammals.

(OOC: I have absolutely no idea. We either get kicked out before it ends, or we wait for Wolf to come back on and tell us when it ends. XD)

Amine remained relatively present for the next thirty seconds or so, but the teacher's words soon faded to muffled whisperings as she fell back into a daydream.
She had a very short attention span for the things that didn't interest her. Lectures being one of them. Amine couldn't really listen to them that well, and she preferred doing the activities that came with them rather then listen to the theories and explanations that they were about.

Amine leaned her head on one hand and stared off at some far dream world, wondering patiently whether her note would be returned or not.

(OOC: o3o should we get kicked out? If you want (; you can have the teacher kick us out o.o or wait.)

Getting bored, he stole another peice of paper from the nearby desk and wrote, Bored. Gonna get purposely get kicked out onto the hallway and ditch class. Folding it into a tiny square he passed it on the Amine as he took 3 more pieces of paper crumbling them into balls to throw. I wonder if this would work, its worth a try.

(OOC: Sure! 8D However, It think we might just wait for Wolf to come, seeing as we've done alot without her~ It might be best if we let her catch up a bit first, eh? ^.^
Wolf, you can get the teacher to throw Amine out if your reading this~)

Amine quietly grasped the note Ryu handed her from behind, unfolding it and flattening it out.
Bored. Gonna get purposely kicked out onto the hallway and ditch class.

Amine had technically only known Ryu for a few minutes, but she already knew that what he was about to do was so... Him. She found it amusing that his personality was so clearly rebellious and flamboyant.
However, despite herself, she didn't feel the need to stop him. Although the classroom wasn't so bad -if not claustrophobic-; she wanted to get out with him.

Not really knowing what she was getting herself into, a flame of rebellion ignited somewhere inside Amine, and she quickly scribbled a reply.

Take me with you.

Short and sweet. All she really needed.
Amine folded the note and passed it back to his desk, a sly smile crossing her face.

Ryu noticed the smile on her face as he quickly unraveled the note. Take me with you. His eyebrows raised in shock. Hmm.... If you really want to lol. Adding a slang, he passed it back to her. I wonder what she is gonna do.. she didn't seem like a rebellious type until now... he wondered.

Fang pretended to be absorbed in the lesson, but really, he was watching a boy and a girl pass notes back and forth, every so often glancing up at the teacher. Probably love notes. He scoffed, which made his neighbor look up and glare at him, but Fang ignored the kid. He stood up and headed towards the door.


"Where do you think you're going?" the teacher shrilled.

"Um...to the bathroom?" Fang replied like it was the most obvious thing in the world.

"You need permission and a pass," the teacher informed him, handing him a clipboard with a piece of paper on it.


"Ookay..." Fang snatched a pencil off of lover-boy's desk and scribbled his name, then pushed the door open and headed out into the hallway.



((Dunno if RPing as the teacher for permission to go to the bathroom was acceptable but...))

Violet wrote quickly as ever. She noticed Amine passing notes to the boy they'd met earlier. Violet sighed. The teacher then turned around. He saw Amine passing notes with the boy.

"What are you two doing?" the teacher asked. One of the classmates snickered. "What's with your snickering?" the teacher asked the girl who snickered.

"Oh nothing. I just found out who was the one smoking when I was on my way here." the girl said. "It was the boy passing notes to the girl in front of him." she added.

Lord of Seritio, have mercy... Violet pondered.

"Amine, Ryu, both of you detention for one week." the teacher said sternly.

"Shoot." Violet muttered. Violet saw someone leave with a pass. It was the same boy who recently came into class. The bell rang. "Class, you may be dismissed. Amine, Ryu, report to the detention room in the basement at once. You will spend the rest of the week there. You may only come to your rooms at night to sleep. Then, you will report back to the detention room." the teacher said.

(OOC: How's that for a punishment? I'm not so good at these things. D8)

The oh-so talkative teacher finally interrupted the class after finding out that Ryu and Amine were passing notes. "What are you doing?" He asked. "What does it look like we are doing?" Then another girl said "Oh nothing. I just found out who was the one smoking when I was on my way here." the girl said. "It was the boy passing notes to the girl in front of him." she added. Ryu was actually grateful that the girl told on the lame teacher.

"Yea, I was, what are you doing to do about it?" Ryu stood up and headed for the door. All he heard were trouble...detention...1 week.....

(OOC: He was crazy. He ran around the yard jumping over things. He was howling while running. His tounge was hanging from his mouth. I just stared at him. He stopped once he crashed into the fence.)

Violet sighed. She got up from her desk and left the room. She went outside and walked away from the school. She set down her books. She walked towards the ocean. It took over an hour and a half to get there. It was a long trip. The seagulls stood on the nearby rocks. The waves gently flowed. The sand was soft and not too prickly. The seashells rested on the seashore.

Wess had arrived on the campus of the school. He should have been there earlier, but his ride wasn't fast enough. He looked down. He was in his DNA form, but he felt like it always, prickly and defensive. Unfortunately, his ride was a bear. His grandmother. His grandmother was a teacher at this school. She was extremely old, 74 to be exact. However, she hadn't lost a step. She was the Detention Specialist. She took care of the annoyances in the school. They passed the beach, Wess saw a girl looking at it. Wess and his his grandmother, Grace Nao, arrived in a 30 minute break. The each ran to set up their rooms, well Grace set up her classroom. Wess found his room on the first floor, it was by the pool. "Great... Moldy walls...." he thought. However, his walls weren't wood, they were a tile made to look like wood. He silently laughed. Wess unpacked everything- His laptop, a nintendo dsi, a wii, and a lot of games. He then unpacked another bag, which happened to be all clothes. He rapidly connected cables, and he set up his 'Addict Room'.
He laid on his bed heaving. He was playing with his quill ring, when the bell rung. "Time for another class," Wess says irritated. He felt like being a smart alec, he was a know-it-all. He loved when teachers got angry when he corrected them. He headed towards class, and saw two people, a boy and a girl, heading towards the detention room. He giggled, knowing what horrors they were in for.
