~Black Heart Event~ Shane & Alisa

Alisa was mining once again. She had wanted to be a welder/mechanic/builder person thingy, so she thought mining for metal would give her a big start. She pounder her hammer on the wall. Nothing happened. "Darn! I've been doing this for hours and still nothing!" Even so, she still didn't give up. She pounded once more. It was too much. She let herself fall, placing her hands in place so she wouldn't fall forwards. She looked back up at the wall. "Will I ever be able to do this?"

Shane, was down in the mines since early dawn trying to find himself some rubies to admire and possibly start an entire collection on them. Why? Because it was the color of red, and he loved red. So far he couldn't find anything put junk ores but he kept trying constantly hammering, even though his arms were dead sore. Shane decided to take a quick break and sat on the ground munching on a sandwich he made to snack on in case he was hungry. Indeed he was as he attacked the sandwich savagely. Thud, thud, hissssss.

Shane, startled looked up and saw the ground above him was shaking, cracks appearing, the dirt shimmering down. It looked as if it was going to break so he cautiously failed to hide himself behind a rock. A rather sickening crack echoed the mine, as he looked at the girl who fell through a hole. He covered his mouth to prevent the dust to be inhaled and squinted.

"Ow! Last time I hit a wall that hard..." She picked herself up and looked up. She wasn't so far down into the mine. Alisa was high enough to reach to the surface. She reached out her hands and grabbed the surface. Alisa pulled herfelf up and looked around for her hammer. Before she could spot her hammer, she realised someone... A boy? She then spotted her hammer. She picked it up and walked towards the boy behind the rock.

Shane noticed that she saw him and started walking toward him with a hammer in hand. He looked at her suspiciously glancing at the hammer and the girl. Shane was shaking in frieght wondering if she was there to punish him for what he doesn't know what he did. The though made his head hurt thinking of negative possiblities. Every step she got closer. He was scared. Before she could get any closer he shouted out, "W-who are you?" If she didn't stop, he would throw a rock at her. Shane swiftly picked up a rock in hand ready to launch.

Alisa swung her hammer. Yet not at him. She swung it over her shoulder. "I'm Alisa. You?" She smiled at him. It was one of the first time she met someone in a mine. Really, it was the absolute first time she had met someone in a mine. Ever! She looked at his hand. "You can put that rock down now. I won't bite..."

Shane continued to stare at her cautiously. She swung the hammer and he covered for life but it didn't seem to hit him. He moved just an inch from the rock but still wary of the girl with the hammer. Her name was Alisa. He hesitated and then said, "Shane..." It seems like she was trustworthy so he dropped the rock. Holding his head up high to build superiority to her, which failed. Alisa said she would not bite, but it was the hammer that would do the damage. Shane wondered where his hammer was, probably hidden under all the dust that was collected after the rather... dramatic fall.

Alisa was still looking down at the boy. So his name was Shane. She had never met anyone named Shane but it always appeared in her books and movies. "Nice name." She still say caution in his eyes so she put the hammer on the ground. She put her hands up. "I'm left defenceless as you. No need to be scared…" She smiled at him. Hopefully he would calm down. She then put her hands back to her sides.
