Turning Pages~ Celeste and Levant (Reserved)

As he loved music..he also love books.
For him, a book is like a wondrous boat that can take one's heart and mind to almost everywhere.
Levant Sigrid Armaclite.. that was his name. He just arrived at Mineral Town and his first destination is the land filled with books--Mary's Library.

"Pretty Good Library this town has.."

he began to approach each shelf, he also started flipping and turning pages of random books.
He was looking for something impressive..something out of the blue.

"Is there anything new?"

The red head decided to use her day off at the library. Plus she needed to return some aswell, but why not check out something new? She peacefully walked in and dropped off her books in a slot to return them. She didn't want to get fined anyway.

The one thing she liked about libraries was that it was always quiet and the only thing you would hear was whispering, turning pages of books, and customers quietly walking around. Celeste then sighed, what genre would she get next? She was reading Shakespeare for awhile but then she wanted something new. She trudged aimlessly around the shelves seeing what caught her eye. Today's books were just sappy highschool romances, which disgusted her. Fantasy? Mystery? Drama? Mystery sounded good to her since it kept her on the edge of her seat. Fantasy....maybe later. And she already read too much Drama. So much drama that it almost made her head explode.

It wasn't until she heard someone muttering to himself, complimenting this library. She liked Mineral Town's library since it well cared for and books were much appreciated here than her hometown back in America. Her school was not well paced and low education, she got lucky by even graduating.

But something just made her stare at him, she didn't know why. Again he was probably talking to himself. But instead of complimenting, he wanted something new. Just like herself. "There's the new arrivals section," She blurted quietly. She just realized by a matter of seconds that she talked, to someone she didn't know. Ugh force of habit, Celeste thought. And by this time her cover was blown.

"That's it"

He pointed out something that caught the attention of his eyes.

'The new arrivals' section"

he proceeded with haste and without second thoughts. He grabbed a thick book.
He hurriedly flipped some pages and started skimming words.

"Interesting..."

he seems to be enjoying himself, completely unaware that someone was also around.

His response made her jump a little, then off he went. The isle was now empty as always except for the one redhead, herself. She shrugged and looked at the many rows of books. Some titles caught her eye but when she read the summary she wasn't really interested. She never judged a book by its cover, only on what it is about. She liked long and interesting books, mysteries were mostly long. Yet she couldn't find any in this isle, suprisingly. Maybe she should look at the 'New arrivals' section? She instantly felt like she was following the man from earlier.

Anyway, she decided to give it a try. She was displeased with most of the titles. The only ones that attracted her were biographies of famous citizens back then and a new modern mystery. Modern...Celeste didn't like the sound of that. It was modern but a mystery. She had been wanting to mystery for awhile and she was overly tired with romance and drama. Biography? Or modern mystery? That bothered her so much.

Maybe get both?

She will give 'modern' books a try for once, and the biography of Jacqueline Kennedy sounded nice. She picked up the two books and maybe get started on reading a couple of pages and then head back home at the inn. When she got to the reading area it was somehow crowded. Celeste was shocked by this, rarely a big group of people came to this place.

She just remembered a new book book came out from a popular series. No wonder lots of people had the same looking book and there were tons of citizens. Yet there was one spot which was near the same man from before. She didn't want it to feel like she was follwing him. Although she received a letter from her sister Marissa to not be timid and make new friends while Jonathan kept saying be careful around strangers. She always listened to Jonathan since they were close but a lot of the citizens here seemed nice didn't they? Maybe she would listened to Marissa for once, although she was stupid sometimes and always got herself in trouble.

Unwillingly, she sat a few feet away from the man from before and decided to start reading the biography. Only a few minutes in and she could feel a slight pressure in her nose. She suddenly sneezed in a quiet library, no matter wasn't it?

Amando heard the sneeze loud and clear and his eyes responded to the girl responsible for it.
She just interrupted his peaceful reading with a sneeze that astonished the attention of the whole library.

Instead of getting angry, he continued reading more and more.
Levant was always the fast pace reader, finishing lots of pages in juts minutes.

and on top of that, he never forgets that easily what he had read.

he was holding in his hand a novel...a typical love story novel.
