well you have to talk to him everyday and give him his favorite stuff or else it will be divorce time =O

Talking to him daily will be fine. That's what I do, but on his special days give him a gift, because it is nice. Then you'll get to have a baby soon!

for the starry night festival you have toask a guy to go with the day before the event. the guy has to be at green heart or higher. Then onthe day. wait until 6pm and the event will start.

for the spring thing. still the guy has to be at green heart or higher. but they come at different times to check every hour (in the game)

It's 1,000G at Karen's Supermarket once he reaches an Orange heart level. You give it to him like you would give him any other gift. Once he takes it, you'll experience a cutscene, and if it's successful, he'll accept your proposal.
