What if you were told from the minute you woke up that you were created to die? That’s what dolls are created for…

What if you were told by your best friend that they could see color? Does that even exist?

Two worlds, parallel to each other but invisible to mortals, have been supporting each other since the beginning of time. The more dominant world, the world with magical creatures, is the one that takes more hardships compared. Magic is constricting this world now. Though it has for millions of years, it’s gotten worse since the past century. Why? The submissive world is dying. Because the start of decay in the smaller world, the bigger world has taken effect. Wizards and witches have noticed and have started creating dolls… They’ve started creating you. Living dolls.

“They’re just a stupid organ with a small soul.” “Living dolls don’t have feelings.” “They‘re useless.” “They’re freaks.” “They can’t be capable of saving the world.”

None the less, the magical creatures are getting restless. Even though they say this, they have no choice. They’ve created small portals that lead to the mortal world. It’s your turn to carry the torch… Or the wand, in this case…

The twist

As we said, does color even exist? Not to many people. Not to humans at all. Only the dolls can see color. This is a reason why people think dolls are freaks. They keep it to themselves but that doesn’t mean they can’t. Wizards, werewolves, humans, witches, they can’t see color. They are all taught what it is but are colorblind and hopeless to it. Color may be the key to creating a new world to replace the decaying ones.

Objective/More detail/Notes:

In other words, this is a roleplay about fantasy. Your goal is to restart the world’s pattern or create a new one that will be compatible for both mortals and magic. Before you do so, you must diagnose what’s wrong with the world. If you can’t come up with a solution, the worlds will die.

Color had died out thousands of years ago. Everyone had fallen into a colorblind state. No one knew why but it happened so slowly that no one noticed. Dolls had revived color. If they were to have a baby with another doll, the baby would see color but the parent‘s view of color would be lost and they would somehow become human. If they had a baby with someone who couldn’t see color, the baby’s color view would be in one eye and the doll’s view would be faint but still there. Only dolls with a view of color, even if faint, can save the world. No one knows why the dolls have the ability to see color. Some will say it’s because of their charms, some will say it’s because their souls were from the past. It’s your decision.

You are able to travel through three portals. One at Mermaid Pond, one at Starburst Castle, and one at Moondrop Ocean. There are many places where you can create portals as well. One doll is able to create one portal. Make your portal wisely. Portals in the mortal world are everywhere.

The magical world is called originally known as Phenoma[Fe-no-mah] but is aliased as Corale[Co-rah-l-eh], Menaro[Men-ah-row], and Kaselana[Kah-s-eh-lannah]. The mortal world is originally called Earth but is aliased as Rogue[Row-gu-eh], Darika[Dare-ih-kah], and Yolie[Yo-li].

Magical beings are things such as were humans(Wolves, sharks, any animal), mermaids, witches, wizards, ghosts, vampires, and other. Dolls are just plain dolls. If you are a living doll, the person that created you can be an npc or an existing character. Ask the person first if it is not your character. Your dolls creator doesn’t have to be a wizard or witch.

Each doll has a charm. They need it to travel through each world because each doll has some human in it. They are allowed to give it to a mortal but there is only one charm for one doll. It’s created with them and if it breaks, so does the living doll. Therefore, if you give your charm to a mortal, you are entrusting them with your life.

In the template, it asks you for you magic. Your magic is your element. Available elements include air, water, fire, light, warmth, earth, growth, rain, darkness, and others. Put what you like. If it does not follow with the template, I will ask for you to take it off. As well in the template, there is a ‘first death‘ part. Living dolls are part human so they are able to stay in the mortal world for more time then the others(Others can stay for maybe a month, dolls can stay for years). They are part human because they were once human. They would have to have died and then their soul would be put in the doll. There must be something different in the mortal and magical world. The eye color can be the same but that means the hair must be different, or vice versa. There are no personality changes, just appearances(Check Rosella’s profile below).

Rules:

-No godmodding
-Civilians must be the age of five to fourty
-Witches and wizards can be any age over twenty
-Other beings, that aren’t dolls, must be any age from six to fourty
-Dolls will have two ages, the age from when they were created, and another for the mortal world which must be twelve or over
-You are allowed up to four characters
-Romance is allowed, and may be highly recommended, pm the person and me first
-Fighting is allowed, and may be highly recommended, pm the person and me first
-One paragraph minimum replies
-If you are a magical being, you may choose what you are, nothing too rash, something that exists like mermaids, werewolves, vampires, banshee, ect
-If one of your characters dies, you can make another one
-Magic is allowed in either world, civilians may not use it without a doll’s charm
-Magical beings can travel through the portal, humans can only do so with the charm of a doll
-Magical people such as mermaids, chimeras, were animals, and more must have a human form
-Ask me if there is something wrong or you have a question

Places:
Even though there are only these places listed here, doesn’t mean you are being forced to roleplay in these places. They’re just here to get you started.

Moondrop Ocean [Magical world]

The place where every living doll is created because of the magic in the air. It is an ocean that covers almost half of the magical world and is not in residence. This place has a small with a set of trees which curve in and resemble a cave. This is where magic is held. Even in the morning, the moon always shines at this ocean. There is a portal here.

Amber Fields [Mortal world]

Amber Fields was created by an impact of the two worlds colliding. It was once filled with live but when the two worlds made an impact, a fire set place in the field and burned everything down. A tree then grew after a thousand years and filled the field with an amber color grass.

Starburst Castle [Magical World]

The castle which is in residence to the princess, the only human in the magical world. The castle is filled with tame dragons and soulds which have been either misguided or are seeking to watch over their loved ones. This is also where ghosts take care of the princess from time to time but do not live there. There is a portal here.

Disowned Plane [Mortal world]

An old, crashed plane. Many people had died from this. This plane is where many young children come to pray and have confessions done. There is a fine line of depression in this area and anyone who causes mischief near the plane is said to die.

Twilight Forest [Magical world]

This is the place where vampires and were animals live. The only were animal that doesn’t live here are the ones that need sunlight. Twilight Forest is connected to Twilight Town. There was just a war here so the forest is almost dry. There is peace… For now…

Twilight Town [Mortal World]

The place where the market is. This is connected to Twilight Forest. Everyone buys things from this market. Many things are sold here because there are many stands. It is always evening here for some reason.

Mermaid Pond [Magical world]

Where mermaids live. This is a crystal clear pond that has never been trashed, nor tormented. The mermaids make sure their home is clean. Magic is only used if it’s related to water in some way. This is where a portal is located.

West Water High [Mortal world]

The only school in the mortal world. Only if you have enough money are you able to go here. Despite the name, this is a primary, middle, high school, and university. The only way for a person to get in that was not rich would be to trick your way in, have a very good ability, or have someone that is a teacher or rich to recommend you.

Dolls are the so called ‘saviours’ of the world. They are created bodies with a previous existing soul inside them.

Biography:

Family: Clark Alwin - Creator. Lianna looks up to Clark like a father or very close brother. Because Clark is not related to her through blood, Lianna see’s some intimacy towards him.

Character pros: Fantastic singer, good at magic, kind
Character flaws: Careless with magic, no self confidence, overprotective, doesn’t like accepting help
History:

Lianna was created close to the water during an eclipse. Even though her eyes opened, her view of color was not there. Clark, her creator, could see this from the start. Lianna, because of this, felt utterly hopeless and lost all of her confidence. Clark encouraged her though, as the kind wizard he was. When she gained her view of color, five years later which was recently, her eyes lit up to a new world, being able to go through portals.

During the time she couldn’t see color, Lianna helped around the house, being a normal seventeen year old growing up.

First Death: Lianna, or known as Jessica at that time, had died from a sever case of cancer. Her lungs were weak and her blood pressure was low. During her cancer, she suffered from a heart attack as well.

Likes: Singing, magic, Clark, dancing, helping

Extra Information: Lianna, even though not shown in the pictures, has a star shape in her right eye. Her view of color is sharp, making her have extreme headaches often.

Lianna will be the ‘sister’ model of any character if you’d like. Plus, she’s single. ;D

Family: No known family. He was abandon and never knew who his family was. Shadow is a lone griffin.
Character pros: Smart, kind to people he knows, trustworthy, reliable
Character flaws: Hard to open up to, hates people he doesn’t know, way too overprotective, doesn’t understand people’s feelings(Like a robot)
History: Abandon by his parents at an afe of nine, Shadow was raised himself, having no friends. He became very smart but because of his lack in socialisation, Shadow doesn’t understand feelings, nor experiences them. Some people have called him a robot because his lack of emotion, as well as a doll because of how he was disliked by everyone.

Likes: Books, nature, blue, red, black, music, dolls(he has a fascination to the living dolls, thinking they're interresting)
