Hey Good Lookin'? Whatcha Got Cookin? [Ray/Adamaris Black Heart Event]

Ray was on his 30 minute lunch break when he decided to randomly explore the town; he felt like it was important to see the places here, and a walk never hurt anybody. His last experience walking around here for fun though led him into a psycho that he never wanted to see ever again. Just the thought of her and those creatures made him shudder, and goose bumps quickly filled his bruise covered arms. About that…he started wearing long sleeved clothing until they could go down a bit, since he was extremely reluctant to go into a store and buy make up. It was just not cool. The wounds on his face had looked kinda bad though, and he had to regularly put cream on them to make sure they didn’t open up and get infected. It was tough, but he wasn’t the only one around here that looked like they had a bad day.

”Hm…? Isn’t this the Vineyard?” Ray stopped once he found himself in front of a building filled with all kinds of plants growing in the back. It was fairly close to the inn, but he never actually explored the inside of it. He cautiously walked back into the garden where all of the crops started to grow. It was actually kinda pretty the way the vines crept up along the wooden fence. There was a green house farther back, where more of the crops were probably further ahead in development. But he doubted that anyone was allowed to go back there.

Adamaris sighed, as she walked towards the Inn, from work. Her arm was bundled up in a sling, and as she passed by the Vineyard- She sensed someone's presence. Slipping back behind the vineyard, in her Secretary clothing, which consisted of a gray, leather tuxedo-like top, and a skirt of the same color, she stumbled a bit; the high heels she were in weren't meant for sneaking. Peeking around, she saw Ray.

"Hey, Ray," she said, smiling.

Hearing footsteps behind him, Ray didn’t take much notice of them as he rested his hands on one of the vines, trying to figure out where the grapes were supposed to appear. There were some faint green buds on the side, but they were far from being ready to harvest. When he heard the crunch of leaves behind him, his attention was instantly caught and he turned to see if he was going to get kicked out of here. Blinking, he recognized that it was only a girl in a suit.


’Ah…I know her from somewhere…somewhere…’ His mind quickly leaped to the hurricane incident where that exact girl had blocked him and Gabe from leaving the inn. She did have good intentions when it happened, so he couldn’t hold anything against her. Adamaris was her name, a strange one that made him think it was from some foreign land. It was hard to recognize her when she was dressed so differently, and he wasn’t expecting the sling on her arm either. She had it worse than he did, that was for sure. All he had was cuts on his face and some bruises.

”Hey, Adamaris.” He nodded towards her, as if to invite her over. He could use a good talk when he wasn’t working from time to time. ”I guess you got hit pretty bad, huh?” He stated sympathetically, having broken an arm before in the past, he could relate.
