The ABC's [Ian and Kitty]

Winter was passing by rather quickly, it only seemed like yesterday was her birthday and now they were already approaching the final weeks of the season. Before she knew it it would her anniversery with Ian would be comming up and then the twins' birthday. Honestly at first she was scared of parenthood, but she was handling it pretty well. Now that the twins were older it was easier, well with Luc atleast. Quinn was always causing trouble, but it was nice that Luc turned out calm.

Kitty still had yet to tell Ian about the letter from her sister. On multiple occasions she tried to bring it up, but something always seemed to distract her from it like Quinn throwing her food to the floor or hitting Luc with it causing his face to be a mess. Speaking of getting into trouble, Quinn just ran into the couch and started her reaction bawling. To solve the issue Kitty took her nook and put it in her mouth. Magically the crying stopped.

Ian hung his apron up un the hook and walked out of his painting room. He chuckled as the sight of his daughter running into the couch. "She has your grace." Ian commented supressing another chuckle. Ian picked up his own son, who had also laughed at his sister's act of grace. "Why don't we all go out today and do something? Winter's almost over and it's starting to get a little warmer out."

"I'm not that bad," Kitty pointed out. Sure there was the whole issue at her store when she was scared of Ian, but she was under a lot of stress then and didn't know how to exactly deal with it. Then again, she did end up breaking something often when she first started as a blacksmith. Even on occasion she'd sprain some part of her hand--not to the point that she needed a professional's aid though. "Maybe you're right," she mummbled quietly thinking it over.

"Isn't it a little cold out for them?" Kitty questioned being a concerned mother. Winter may have been ending, but it was still plenty cold out to her. "Well, that's what coats are for I suppose. Okay, let's do something."
